Obituary: The Daily Herald, Sunday, 15 Feb 2004: 

Poulsen, Olive

     Levan -- Olive Elizabeth Martin Poulsen, age 86, passed away February 12,
2004, in Nephi, Utah.

     She was born November 1, 1917, in Scipio, Utah, to Wesley and Zella
Memmott Martin. She married Erin Andrew Poulsen, June 10, 1937, in the Manti
LDS Temple. He passed away, October 25, 2002.

     She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints and served in many callings during her life. She loved being a good
mom.

     She is survived by three children: Vona (Carl) Jarrett, of Nephi; Martin
(Donna) Poulsen, of Provo; Rhea (Paul) Thompson, of Levan; 12 grandchildren,
24 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; five sisters: Opal
Butler, Melba Olsen, Rita Marshall, Jessie Ann Wood, and Bonnie Kendall.
Preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Wallace and Claude.

     Funeral services will be at 12 noon, Tuesday, February 17, 2004, in the
Levan LDS Chapel. Friends may call at the church, from 10-11:45 a.m., prior to
the services. Interment will be in the Levan Cemetery.
