Larry was born on January 20, 1930, in Fillmore, Utah, to J. Evan (Peanuts) and Yroa (Rosie) Maycock Anderson. They preceded him in death. He married Patricia Rogers on December 20, 1957, in the Salt Lake Temple. Larry graduated from Millard High School, served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a graduate of Utah State University. He taught vocational agriculture, earth science, and mathematics at South Sevier High School and later at Richfield Jr. High School. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; sons, Jeff (Lori) Anderson, Bountiful; Joe (Shawnee) Anderson, Spanish Fork; daughter, Leisa (Bruce) Ward, Nephi; sisters, Mae (Keith) Nielsen, Orem; Madge (Darrell) Keddington, Riverton; and Helen (Gene) Nodine, Moab; 14 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Jan. 22, 2004, at 12:00 noon in the Monroe Utah Stake Center, 140 S. Main, Monroe, Utah. Friends may call at the Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, 50 S. 100 W., on Wed., evening from 6-8 p.m. and at the stake center on Thurs. morning from 10:30-11:30. Burial will be in the Monroe City Cemetery with Military Rites by the Monroe American Legion Post #37. Funeral Directors, Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield, Salina and Gunnison.
