Born June 16, 1918, Delta, to Edwin Delile and Lydia Elnora Turner Knight. Married Elaine Skeem, May 21, 1941, Oasis. She died October 21, 1999. Raised on a farm and graduated from Delta High School. Enjoyed chasing wild West Desert mustangs, and hunting and fishing trips with sons. Ran Delta Livestock Auction with Elwin Pace, making it a successful, thriving business. An auctioneer and auctioneered for Delta and Cedar Livestock Auctions. Past president of Utah Cattleman's Association. Farmed and raised livestock in Delta and McCornick and cattle ranched in Jean, NV. Loved horses and livestock. Recent years, spent winters in Beaver Dam, AZ, enjoying golfing and spending time with friends. Survived by sons, Harold Russel Knight (Joyce), Delta, Don Rey Knight (Jayne), Delta; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Rhea Lindley, El Torro, CA; and brothers, Jim Knight, Salt Lake City, Rey Knight (Doris), Summerland, NV.
