Gloria Owens Morrison
4/20/48 ~ 12/27/03

     Gloria Owens Morrison, 55, died, December 27, 2003.

     Born April 20, 1948, Delta to R LaVar and Bertha Alice Brush Owens.

     Married Richard Steven Morrison, February 28, 1964 in Salt Lake City.
Later divorced.

     Grew up on farm in Sutherland. Loved animals, especially her horses and
dogs. Musically talented, with beautiful voice, and played piano well.
Attended school in Delta, where had many friends. Had one son, Barry Sean
Morrison. Adored her four grandchildren, who were a joy to her.

     Survived by Mother: Bertha Owens, Delta; Son: Barry Sean (Jayne)
Morrison, Magna. Four Grandchildren. Sisters: Varla (Rodney E.) Wright,
Phoenix, AZ; Janeal (David E.) Young, Delta; Janet (James W.) Jacobson,
Austin, TX.

     Preceded in death by Father: R LaVar Owens.

     Funeral services Saturday, January 3, 2004, 2 p.m., Nickle Mortuary,
Delta. Friends call Saturday 12:30-1:40 p.m. at Mortuary. Burial Delta
Cemetery.
