Born June 9, 1913 to John and Frances Smith Rowley. Married Gwendolyn Briggs, June 24, 1948 in Ephraim Utah. Sealed Feb. 1, 1958 in Manti Temple. Served in the Army during World War II with the 245th Signal Construction Bn. Survived by wife, children: Dan (Peggy) Rowley, David (Cathy) Rowley, and Mary Lynn (Robert) Done; five grandchildren, and sister Frances Tarke of Lansing, Michigan. Preceded in death by parents, brothers Van, Lawrence, Melvin, Freeman, and sister Merva. CORRECTED VIEWING INFO Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct. 30, 2003, at 12 noon at Fillmore 4th Ward Chapel, 330 E. 500 S. in Fillmore, where friends may call Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and Thursday morning from10:30-11:30 a.m. prior to services.
