Adah "Carole" Black Warnick
1924 ~ 2003

     Adah "Carole" Black Warnick, age 78, passed away October 28, 2003 in
Deseret, Utah.

     She was born December 24, 1924 in Deseret to Frances "Frank" Black and
Agnes Mary Larsen Black.

     She married Van J. Warnick on June 20, 1943 in Ely, Nevada.

     She is survived by her husband, Van; children, Marilyn (Howard) Clayton,
Jay (Lisa) Warnick, Jim (Evelyn) Warnick and LeAnn (Russ) Church, all of
Delta; brother, Carlos Black of Delta; 22 grandchildren and 24 great-
grandchildren.

    She is preceded in death by her parents; grandchild, Chet Warnick; one
great-grandchild and two brothers.

     Funeral services will be held Monday, November 3, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at
the Deseret LDS Church. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from
6-7 p.m. at the church and also Monday, 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to the funeral.
Interment will be in the Deseret Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of
Olpin Southern Utah Mortuary, Fillmore.
