Warnick "Sally" On Thursday February 26, 2004 at 6:30 a.m. our wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend passed away. Delores was born on July 29, 1925 in Cedar City, Utah to Charles Albert and Cassie Webster Johnson. She was the third of five children. Delores married Ray Lee Davis (deceased) on May 27, 1943. Later married Golden Warnick on May 31, 1949. She was raised in Oasis, Utah and then later moved to Delta, Utah where she raised her six children and helped Golden on the farm. After moving to Salt Lake City she worked for Salt Lake Hardware Company and retired from IML Freight. Grandma's hobbies were crocheting and sewing. She loved cooking and gardening. She took great pride in her children and grandchildren. The highlight of Grandma's day was when her great-grandchildren would visit. Her eyes would light up just talking about them. "We love you always." She is survived by her husband and children; Vickie (Leon) Vriens, Georgia (Jerry) Farrimond, Rex (Cheryl) Davis, Jackie Vila, Margo (Earl) Whittaker, Marcia (Ben) Corrales. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Mon., March 1st, 2004 at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 W. 4100 S. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 1-2:30 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 So. Redwood Rd. Directors, Redwood Mortuary.
