Obituary: The Salt Lake Tribune, Monday, 8 Dec 2003:

Frances "Carol" Baker-Wells
1944 ~ 2003

     Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away
Thursday, December 4, 2003, after a courageous battle with cancer.

     Carol was born February 28, 1944 in Kemmerer, Wyoming to Ralph and
Blanche Baker.

     She married Glenn Young June 21, 1963; they later divorced. On July 24,
1998 she met and married her soul mate, Frank Eugene Wells. They lived in
Farmington, New Mexico.

     Carol loved spending time with her husband, Frank, and her sons and
grandchildren. She was always doing her crafts and loved helping other people
when in need. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

     Carol is survived by her husband, Frank; three sons, Ralph (Tammi) Young
of Hinckley, UT, Lee (Linda) Young of Heber City, UT, Terry (Bobbie) Young of
Orem, UT; stepson, Paul (Jennifer) Wells of Casper, WY; and 12 grandchildren.

     She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister, and
a granddaughter.

     A memorial service will be held Monday, December 8, 2003, 10 a.m. at the
LDS Church, 400 West Apache, Farmington, New Mexico. Funeral services will be
held Wednesday, December 10, 2003, 11 a.m. in the Hinckley LDS Church,
Hinckley, Utah. Family and friends may call from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the
services at the LDS Church. Interment will follow the services in the Hinckley
Cemetery. Arrangements in the care of Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home (435)
654-1161.
