AMANDA HIBBERT CLARK DIES WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26. Mrs. Amanda Hibbert Clark died at the home of her step-son, Montrose Clark, in East Coalville, Wednesday evening, June 26, at 10 p.m. of a heart ailment. Mrs. Clark was born Nov. 1, 1864, at Geecross, England, a daughter of Thomas and Ann Rowland Hibbert. He came to the United States when she was 17 years old, coming to Idaho, where she lived for a short time, then came to Coalville, where she has resided since. She married Samuel Clark at Coalville November 27, 1895. He died July 23, 1919. She has been a member of the Relief Society ever since coming here. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Viola Frazier, Terra Bella Calif.; Mrs. Evelyn Carpenter and Mrs. Marian Young, Park City; one son Walter H. Clark of Coalville; three step-sons, J. C. Clark, Wilford B. Clark and Montrose Clark, all of Coalville; two sisters, Mrs. Marian Sutton and Mrs. Mally Davis of Salt Lake City; and 49 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, June 30, in the Summit Stake Tabernacle at Coalville, under the direction of Bishop Ray Clark of Cluff Ward.
