Murphy Benediction: Royce Armstrong Dedication of the Grave: Eric Johnson Obituary: Ammy Lewis Ammy Mildred Johnson Gines Lewis, our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, age 68, passed away March 7, 1995, at her home in Sandy, surrounded by all her children. Born November 5, 1926, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Algot and Ammy Olofsson Johnson. She married Paul Dee Gines on June 18, 1945 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were later divorced. Mildred married Thoams Edward Lewis on August 7, 1969 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She accepted everyone who came into her life. SHe was never a complainer, always a giver. Mildred's greatest treasure was her family. We love you, MOther and Grandmother. Our family would like to thank Dr. Hal Cole for his sincere help and concern for our Mom. Survived by her husband, Thomas, three sons and one daughter, Dennis (wife Vera Lee), Edmund (wife Marcia), David, Nancy (husband Richard), all Salt Lake; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Erik (wife Elna) Johnson, Esther (husband Jess) Nelson; sister-in-law, June Johnson. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Henry. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 11, 1995, noon, at the Salt Lake Valley Ward fo rthe Deaf, 760 East 700 South. Friends may call Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Holbrook Funeral Chapel, 3251 South 2300 East, and at the church on Saturday for one hour prior to the services.
