Crockett, David Bryan         
David Bryan Crockett 1982 ~ 2005 Our loving son and brother, David Bryan
Crockett, left this life on December 9, 2005. He will be dearly missed. David
was born June 20, 1982, on Father's Day, the youngest child of David R. and
Jane Crockett. He had five mothers, having been born into a home with four
older sisters. David was a very sensitive and loving child; a gifted musician,
writer, listener and true friend. He graduated from Kearns High School in 2000
and married his high school sweetheart, Aubrey Lott. They have two beautiful
children, Bruce and Cailee. He was a member of the LDS church. David will be
remembered for his sense of humor, especially his impersonations and movie
quotes, his tender feelings for others, and his desire to please and help
everyone he met. His spirit was too sensitive for this world. Those he has
left behind find comfort in knowing that he has finally found peace and
release from his pain. David is survived by his parents, his wife and
children, his sisters, Tracy (Dave) Wolfe, Cheyenne, Wyoming; Amy (Robert)
Staley, Riverton; Megan (Shawn) Shipley, Tooele; Erin (Jared) Goertzen,
Kearns; nine nieces and nephews, many aunts, uncles and cousins, and his
grandparents, David H. and June Crockett and P. DeVon Stout. He was preceded
in death by his grandmother, Mary Stout. Funeral services will be held
Thursday, December 15th, at 11:00 a.m. at the Walnut Hills Ward, 5938 W. 6200
S., Kearns, Utah. Friends and family may call at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330
S. Redwood Road, on Wednesday, December 14th, from 6-8 p.m. or from 9:30 to
10:30 a.m. on Thursday at the ward house. Interment will follow the services
on Thursday at Murray City Cemetery, 700 E. 5600 S. In lieu of flowers, a
trust fund has been set up for David's children at any Zion's Bank branch in
care of Bruce and Cailee Crockett.

Delap, Kenneth N.        
Kenneth N. Delap 1920 ~ 2005 Kenneth N. Delap, age 85, passed away December
11, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born May 8, 1920 in Norris City, Illinois,
son of Joe H. and Helen Duckworth Delap. He was raised on a farm in southern
Illinois and served in the US Army during World War II for four years. Married
Lorna Christensen June 17, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah; later solemnized in
the Salt Lake Temple. As a member of the LDS Church he served as a ward clerk
under four Bishops, and in the Sunday School and Elders Quorum presidencies.
He worked for Redman Van and Storage, Dohrman Hotel Supply and was a
purchasing agent for Restaurant and Store Equipment Co. He especially loved
his grandchildren and his country. His hobbies were gardening and horses.
Survived by his wife, Lorna; daughter, Deena (Dave) Jackson; son, Dale (Lisa)
Delap; six grandchildren: Katie, Julie and Shelly Jackson, Amy Sarah and Dan
Delap; sister, Kathryn (Wilburn) Griffith; brother, Jack (Donna) Delap,
Evansville, IN. Preceded in death by his parents and son, Darrell L. Delap.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home,
4330 South Redwood Road. A viewing will be held Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and
Thursday, 11-11:45 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home. Interment, Wasatch Lawn
Memorial Park.

DenBleyker, Aiden Scott       
Aiden Scott DenBleyker Will Be Missed Aiden Scott DenBleyker was stillborn on
December 10, 2005 after six months of pregnancy. He is survived by parents
Jeff and Jennifer DenBleyker, brothers Spencer (5) and Bennett (3), and sister
Ellie (1). He was preceded in death by siblings Cameron, Erin and Brooke. A
memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. at
K2 the Church, located at 193 West 2100 South. All are invited to attend.

Margaret Frances Reynolds Fredrickson 1922 ~ 2005 Margaret Frances Reynolds
Fredrickson, age 83, passed away peacefully in Salt Lake City, Utah on
December 11, 2005. Margaret was born on February 7, 1922 in Sacramento,
California to William Ward Reynolds and Ruth Leone Greenwell. She married Paul
E. Fredrickson August 21, 1944. They were later divorced and he preceded her
in death on October 29, 1986. Margaret loved to bowl and participated in
weekly leagues for many years. She especially enjoyed going out to lunch with
her friends afterwards. She was also a member for 52 year of the Daughters of
the Nile Lybia Temple #32 and the Order of the Eastern Star Radiant Chapter
#12. She enjoyed serving in various positions in these organizations. Margaret
is survived by her children: Eric R. Fredrickson (Sherry) of Salt Lake City,
Utah; and B Avalon (Marcie) of Berkeley, California; her grandchildren Rachel
and Jared Fredrickson and Drake Avalon. She was preceded in death by her son
David P. Fredrickson and sister Betty E. Netz. Graveside services will be held
Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 1342 East 500 South at

Gygi, Robert Leroy       
Robert Leroy Gygi 1930 ~ 2005 Robert Leroy Gygi, age 75, passed away
peacefully in his sleep at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 9, 2005.
He was born September 13, 1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ralph and Ruth
Woofley, Gygi. He graduated from East High School and attended the University
of Utah. He married Helen Rutter in 1953, had nine children and later
divorced. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War and was stationed
in Greenland. He was an entrepreneur in business, owning several businesses.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Leslie Lynn. Survived
by his eight children, Marti (Scott) Berg, Michael (Laural) Gygi, Chris
(Ladawn), Gary (Cami), Tad (Colleen), Kellie (Charles) Evans, Darcie (Lonnie)
Mayne, Ryan (Jessica), 35 grandchildren, one great-grand daughter, sister,
Donna (Jack) Janssen and brother, Kent (Hanna) Gygi. Graveside services for
Robert will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 12:00 noon in the
Murray City Cemetery, 5600 South Vine Street, Murray, Utah. Funeral Directors

Hansen, Donna Jean Jones           
Donna Jean Jones Hansen 1932 ~ 2005 Our loving wife, mother, grandmother,
daughter, and sister passed away peacefully and returned to the loving arms of
her Heavenly Father on December 10th, 2005. Donna was born in Ashton, Idaho on
August 15, 1932 to Clifford Fergus and Melba Dean Marshall Jones. On June 15,
1953 Donna married her eternal companion Glen Arden Hansen in the Salt Lake
Temple. Donna's greatest joy was spending time with her family. She loved
Christmas, giving service, sewing, shopping, family history, teaching Primary
and most of all her husband, Arden. He tenderly cared for her during a lengthy
illness. She is survived by her husband; children, Michael Hansen, Dennis
Hansen, Kathy (Darold) Rowley, Tom (Sandra) Hansen, and Ken Hansen;
stepmother, Reta Jones; sister, Linda (Wayne) Rosenlund; sister-in-law,
Lucille Marcus; special daughter, Lori Rolf; 17 grandchildren and 12
great-grand-children. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bud
Jones and nephew, Kelly Jones. Funeral services will be held Wednesday,
December 14th, 12:00 noon at the Central Park Ward Chapel, 304 E. 2700 So.

p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road.

Jacobson, Virginia Nelson          
Virginia Nelson Jacobson 1917 ~ 2005 Virginia Nelson Jacobson of Provo, Utah
passed away from causes of incident to age on December 8, 2005 at the Cedar
City Beehive Home. Mom was born January 25, 1917 in Benjamin, Utah to George
H. Nelson and Julia Ann Rasmussen Nelson as the sixth of eight children. She
lived in Benjamin and Spanish Fork until about 1930 when the family moved to
Provo. Mom graduated from Provo High School in 1935. Mom married William M.
Jacobson of Provo on March 29, 1941. She worked for Provo City school lunch
program until retiring in 1982. Mom served the church as a primary teacher and
as ward librarian for many years. She loved to travel and joyfully embraced
any opportunity (but all too few) to do so. Mom is survived by two sons,
William Gerald Jacobson (Janice) Cypress, CA; and Ronald Keith Jacobson
(Pamela), Cedar City, UT.; six grandsons, two granddaughters, and nine great
grandchildren. She is survived by one sister, Leora (Kelly) Duke, four
sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law; plus numerous nieces and nephews. She
was preceded in death by our father, Bill in April 1963, and six siblings,
Bryon, Bernice, Bill, Ruby (infancy), Verl (World War II), and Kamis. In
accordance with mother's wishes, only a viewing will be held at the
SlateCanyon1st ward chapel, 715 So. Utah Ave. from 11am to 12:45 pm. Interment
in Provo City Cemetery. Arrangements by Swindlehurst Funeral Home. The family
wishes to thank the staff of Beehive Homes and Dr. Tom Marshall for the
excellent care given for mom.

Merrill, Rev. Jerald H.       
Rev. Jerald H. Merrill "Jerry" Rev. Jerald Hayden "Jerry" Merrill died at age
80 in Salt Lake City on December 10, 2005. The son of Glenn William Merrill of
Preston, Idaho and Edna Lee Hayden of Salt Lake City, he was born in Rigby,
Idaho on December 30, 1924. Glenn taught mathematics and social studies and
coached athletics in rural high schools in Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah. He
concluded this career in Moab to enter government service, mainly in Dayton,
Ohio. Edna pursued careers as a dress designer in Logan and, later, as legal
secretary in Salt Lake City. Both are deceased. Following three years of
service in the Air Force during the Second World War as navigator, Jerry
completed chemical engineering studies at the University of Utah in 1948. He
was employed by Shell Oil Company in the San Francisco bay area for three
years, resigning to attend St. Patrick's Seminary, Menlo Park, California.
After completing studies in 1958, he was ordained a priest in the Roman
Catholic diocese of Salt Lake City at the Cathedral of the Madeleine by the
Most Rev. Joseph Lennox Federal, Bishop. He served the Catholic people of Salt
Lake City for the next 23 years, teaching science at Judge Memorial Catholic
High School and providing pastoral care to the people of Guadalupe Mission,
Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, and the Cathedral of the Madeleine. During these
years, he developed friendships with students and parishioners that would last
all his life and be a great source of joy. Jerry was best known as an
organizer of projects. Three programs that he started in the '60s survive him:
Guadalupe Schools, now a pre-school through 3rd grade program for children
with language and learning deficits, and an evening tutoring program for
adults learning English as a second language; Utah Nonprofit Housing
Corporation, a sponsor and developer of affordable multi-family housing,
which, after 38 years, offers nearly 16,000 rental units to low income
families and elderly and disabled people; Catholic Community Credit Union,
continuing many years of credit service and counseling. One of the several
projects which has not continued is the Guadalupe Center and its popular La
Morena Cafe. This community center provided gathering space for Hispanic
social action and the cafe offered jobs for employees and funds for projects.
In 1982, Jerry resigned from his ministry in the Catholic Church. He never
stated publicly his reasons for this decision. Later that year he and Carole
Migden Carlisle were married by the Rt. Rev. Wesley Frensdorff, Episcopal
Bishop of Nevada. His marriage to Carole and the birth of their son Isaac
Marcos "Marc", born the next year, were to bring great happiness to Jerry's
life. After efforts to develop an insurance and securities sales business,
Jerry was invited by the Rt. Rev. Otis Charles, then Bishop of Utah, who had
received him into the Episcopal Church several years earlier, to consider
serving as a priest in the Episcopal Church. After time for decision and
preparation, Jerry was received as a priest in 1987 at the Cathedral Church of
Saint Mark by Bishop Charles. Beginning his ministry to homeless men and women
in Salt Lake City, Jerry and a small staff developed The Inn, a day center for
the homeless where food, clothing, emergency housing, and information on jobs
and housing were provided. These efforts, after a couple of years, grew into
the Lotus Project, an employment and job training program. A word about the
inner dynamic of this man: He came to realize something of God's immense love
for him, as for each human being. Like the mystical bride of "The Song of
Songs," Jerry lived the adventure of seeking God in moments of light, when he
seemed near, and in life's darkness, when he seemed to have gone away, until
that day when they would find each other forever, Jerry is survived by his
wife Carole and their son Marc. He is also survived by a younger brother, Dix
Glenn Merrill of Centerville and by Carole's elder son, Craig William Carlisle
of St. Augustine, FL. Jerry's brother Karl Rowland Merrill and his wife Mary
Sweeney Merrill both died in 1993 in Fort Worth, TX; Their five children are
living: Kathie Hood, M.D. of Garland, Texas; Terry d'Agustino of Columbus, Oh;
Carol Kirkpatrick of Fort Worth, TX; John Merrill of Euless, Texas; and James
Merrill of Westerville, Oh.-JHM In a memorial service, the Eucharist of the
Resurrection of Jesus Christ will be celebrated Friday, Dec. 16, 2005 at 12:00
Noon at the Cathedral Church of St. Mark, 231 East 100 South. Holy Rosary will
be recited Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe
Church, 715 West 300 North, where friends may call from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Munford, Ronda Taylor         
Ronda Taylor Munford 1937 ~ 2005 Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and
friend, Ronda Taylor Munford, Cedar City, at the age of 68, passed away
peacefully at her home, December 8, 2005. She was born on September 26, 1937
in Lyman, Utah to Harold Berry and Vivian Venice Taylor. She married her
loving husband Lyman Munford while attending the College of Southern Utah now
Southern Utah University, on July 26, 1957 in the Manti Temple. Ronda was a
member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many
callings such as a Young Women's Advisor, 11-year old Scout Leader, in the
ward Relief Society Presidency and teacher and in the Stake University Relief
Society Presidency. She was a Red Cross First Aid and a C.P.R Trainer. Officer
over artifacts of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Ronda was a Pink Lady
for 10 years at the Valley View Medical Center, and presently the Red Cross
Utility Assistance Coordinator. Ronda has served for 17 years as the Assistant
Volunteer Coordinator at the Utah Shakespearean Festival. Her service started
in 1989. The very first year the Randall Theater productions became a part of
the Utah Shakespearean Festival. She truly was an ambassador to the people. It
was a high point in her life when she would hostess at the Randall Theater and
she always looked forward to the opening performance. She graduated from Delta
High School, then attended Excelsior Beauty College in Slat Lake City, where
she became a licensed Beautician and was her family and husband's personal
barber. She was P.T.A. President of South Elementary School in Cedar City and
the Regional P.T.A. Vice President. Ronda loved to cook and she was
continuously trying to improve and perfect her skills where she became one of
the finest cooks there was. She loved to prepare many different kinds of foods
and she delighted in providing food for her family and family gatherings. It
brought her great joy and happiness when someone would ask for a copy of one
of her recipes. She is survived by her husband Lyman of Cedar City; children
Michael (Lauri) Munford, Mark Munford, Craig Munford, Michelle Munford Barnes,
all of Cedar City, Utah; her father Harold Taylor of Delta, Utah;
mother-in-law Marie Munford of Cedar City, Utah; brothers Doug (Diane) Taylor
of Bountiful, Utah; Dennis (Mary Lee) Taylor of Paradise, California; David
(Una Rae) Taylor of Delta, Utah; Gary (Helen) Taylor of South Jordan, Utah;
sisters Phyllis (Gene) Edwards of Salina, Utah; Charlotte (Owen) Cahoon of St.
George, Utah; LaRayne (Jay) Moody of West Valley, Utah; and 10 grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother Venice, father-in-law Budd Munford,
brother Sherril and brother-in-law Scott Skidmore. Funeral services will be
held on Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 12:00 noon at the Cedar City West
Stake Center, located at 720 South 1100 West. Friends and family may call on
Tuesday, December 13, 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, December 14, 10:00 to
11:30 a.m., both held at the Southern Utah Mortuary in Cedar City, Utah. In

Oliv, Heamasi Kaulave         
pMr. Heamasi Kaulave Oliv  1929 ~ 2005 Mr. Heamasi Kaulave Oliv , died on Dec.
7, 2005 in West Valley Utah. He was born on November 21, 1929, in the town of
Mua, on the island of Tonga, in the country of Tonga Tapu to Semisi Mounga
Oliv  and Luisa Fakatangitau Tupou. He married Naina Vasimata Maile on
December 12, 1957. List of his hobbies and accomplishments: He was a good
father and grandpa. He enjoyed being around his grandchildren. He loved to
cook and entertain his friends and family. He enjoyed his years in the service
of the LDS church. He labored as a missionary in the south pacific, building
LDS church facilities for the LDS church and proselyte on occasion. He loved
his Heavenly Father and served as a Bishop in the Ontario, California area.
Many people, family and friends alike love him and we'll miss him. He is
survived by Naina Vasimata Oliv  (spouse), Patimiosi Kaulave Oliv  (son),
Joseph Alan Oliv  (son), Semisi Mounga Oliv  (son), Paul Malin Oliv  (son),
and George Edward Oliv  (son). He was preceded in death by Alekisanita Peleki
Oliv  (son), Geraldine Winnie (Oliv ) Lokotui (daughter), Luisa Vasimata Oliv 
(daughter), and Geraldine Winnie Oliv  (daughter). Open casket viewing on

Petersen, Gary Anker          
Gary Anker Petersen 1937 ~ 2005 PROVO, UT- Gary A. Petersen, beloved father,
passed away of natural causes Sunday, December 11, 2005 in Provo, Utah. He was
68. He was born March 18, 1937 in Eureka, Utah to Anker Hyrum Petersen and
Maxine Warr, growing up primarily in Springville, Utah. He is survived by his
four loving sons, Scott Petersen (Seattle, WA), Randy Petersen (Seattle, WA),
Jeff Petersen (Provo, UT), and Roger Petersen (Centerville, UT); along with
nine wonderful grandchildren. Formerly married to Kathy Erdman, he spent the
majority of his married life in Kaysville, Utah. He was preceded in death by
his beloved younger brother Dennis William Petersen (of Springville, UT). Gary
was known for his wonderful smile. He loved spending time with his boys and
other family members and relatives. He enjoyed the great outdoors, movies, and
rubbing shoulders with humanity. He was a member of the U.S. Army Reserve, and
retired from the U.S. Civil Service at Hill Air Force Base in Layton, Utah.

Rawlings, Bette John Greenlee           
Bette John Greenlee Rawlings 1922 ~ 2005 Bette John Greenlee Rawlings, 83, was
taken from her earthly family on December 10, 2005 to be with her Heavenly
Father. Mother had been ill since September 2005 with complications of a
broken leg. Other physical problems became apparent until her weak body no
longer could endure. Mother was born April 23, 1922 in Heavener, Oklahoma to
Victor Sylvester Greenlee and Luella Pannel. She was preceded in death by her
husband Verl Rawlings; father and mother; sisters Gretchen Greenlee Ferrin and
Madeline Greenlee Ross. Bette attended Springville High School and then became
a homemaker. Later she enjoyed travel and associations with people and became
an avid doll collector. One of her passions was collecting pictures for
genealogy. She married Ned C. Carter on October 4, 1939; then married Leonard
Everts February 14, 1947. She then married Verl Lewis Rawlings on October 8,
1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah and resided in the Provo/Orem area most of her
life. Loved and honored by her family, survived by her children: Charlene K.
Carter Davis (Ron), Reno; Toni I. Carter Adkins (Stephen), Salt Lake City; Ned
J. Carter (Corinne), Burley, ID; Michael L. Everts (Tanya), Houston, TX; Verl
Randall Rawlings (Karol), Kearns, UT; 18 grandchildren; 31

Helena Mason Russell 1921 ~ 2005 ST. GEORGE, UT - Helena Mason Russell, 84,
passed away Dec. 10, 2005 in St. George, UT. She was born November 27, 1921 in
Aurora, UT to Philip Ralph Mason and Estella Lavean Shaw Mason. She was
married to Leonard Hubert Russell. Funeral Services will be Wednesday,
December 14, 2005, 2:00 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 300 West St. George Blvd.,

White, Nancy Lynn Arnesen          
Nancy Lynn Arnesen White 1946 ~ 2005 Nancy Lynn Arnesen White, beloved wife,
mother and grandmother, was welcomed home to her Heavenly Father and into the
loving arms of her daddy on December 9, 2005 due to complications from
multiple health issues. Born July 2, 1946 to Margaret Oates and Leon R.
Arnesen in Salt Lake City, Utah where she grew up happy and carefree. She met
her "best friend and love of her life," Robert H. White in 1964 and they were
married for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on January 27, 1967.
The love of Nancy and Robert has been an example to many and an inspiration to
their children. Nancy was gifted with a generous and giving spirit, always
putting the needs of her husband, children, grandchildren and friends ahead of
her own. Nancy had a profound love of the gospel and accepted many church
callings especially loving the callings that involved music or choir. She
loved to sing and play the piano and shared her love for music with all of us.
Nancy loved her pets and loved caring for them, she had many over the years,
but her favorite was her "first baby Sugar Plum." Nancy was a dedicated and
proud fan of the Utah Jazz and rarely missed a game. Nancy worked for the

friends and was loved by all. Nancy was preceded in death by her father Leon
R. Arnesen, sister Shirley Arnesen and her 'adopted' daughter Angelica.
Survived by her husband of 37 years Robert H. White, her mother Margaret
Arnesen, sister Kathy and brother Brian. Also five children, Kenn (Maria),
Wendy (Garrick), Brent, Nichole and Phillip as well as six grandchildren; Ian,
Sage, Jeffrey, Hannah, Talon and Malcolm. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday, December 14, at the Olympic Park Ward, 5823 South 4800 West, where
friends may call one hour prior to services and Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at
Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Dr. Interment will be at 1 p.m.,
Wednesday at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

Wilde, Oswald (Ozzie)         
Oswald (Ozzie) Wilde 1910 ~ 2005 Oswald (Ozzie) Clayton Wilde, our father,
grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away December 12, 2005. He was born
April 9, 1910, the son of Oswald S. and Amelia Louise (Clayton) Wilde in
Coalville, Utah. He graduated from West High School and the University of Utah
in Mechanical Engineering. He married Emily Beers Wilde on Feb. 2, 1944 in the
Salt Lake Temple. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints. Served in the Bishopric of the Emerson Ward and the High
Council in the Sugarhouse Stake. He served with his wife as an ordinance
worker in the Salt Lake Temple. He worked for Kennecott Copper Corporation and
for over 30 years at Buehner Concrete Products. He is survived by his sons,
Todd (Diane) and Vern (Vicki), daughter LuRhea (Brent) Davis, eight
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife,
parents, two sisters and two brothers. Funeral services on Friday, Dec. 16,
2005, at 12 noon, Emerson Ward, 1621 South 1100 East. Friends may call
Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple and at
the ward on Friday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Interment at the Salt Lake City

Williams, Leslie Allen        
Leslie Allen Williams "Les" Leslie Allen Williams, age 77, our beloved
husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend, passed away
December 11, 2005 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born September
29, 1928 in Chicago, IL to Fred Williams and Josephine Jeanette Van Laethem.
Leslie married Connie Clark November 9, 1957 in Reno, NV; later sealed for
time and all eternity in the Oakland, CA Temple. He retired from the US Navy
after serving for 22 years. He loved to cook and bake for his family and
friends. He was a Scouter for 25 years. He and Connie enjoyed motorcycling.
Leslie is survived by his wife, Connie; daughter, Donna; sons: Martin and
Douglas; brother, Richard; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grand-children. He is
loved and will be dearly missed. Friends may view Leslie Wednesday, December
14, 2005, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
Graveside service will be held Thursday, December 15, 2005, 12:00 noon at Utah
Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South Redwood Road, Bluffdale, Utah.
