Crane, Mable C.
Mable C. Crane 1913 ~ 2005 SALINA, UT - Our kind and beloved mother,
grandmother, great-grand-mother, great great-grandmother, and sister, Mable
Christensen Crane, age 92, died July 2, 2005 in Richfield, Utah. She was born
April 1, 1913 in Red-mond, Utah a daughter of Alvin James and Ora Almeda
Nielsen Christensen. She married Leland Smith Crane, May 14, 1934 in Manti,
Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple, January 18, 1954.
He died March 4, 1972. Mom was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-day Saints. She loved serving in the Relief Society and other
organizations of the church. The highlight of her service was her mission in
1979 to Ft. Lauder-dale, Florida. She also worked in the Manti and St. George
Temples as an ordinance worker. Mama was always helping friends and neighbors
by sharing her freshly baked bread and goodies. She made many beautiful quilts
and afghans for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Mable is
survived by her children, Norma (Don) Holt, St. George, Carol (Terry) Ashman,
Layton, Leland Stanford Crane, deceased, DeAnne (Eugene) Tidlund, Salina,
Linda (Robert) Anderson, Payson, Dennis (Faye Loy) Crane, Monticello, Joyce,
deceased (Garth) Ruff, Salt Lake City; 33 grandchildren; 85
great-grandchildren; 12 great great-grandchildren; brother, Howard Ned
Christensen, Salt Lake City. She was preceded in death by three sisters; four
brothers; son-in-law, Steve West-brook; and a grandson, Gary Westbrook. The
family would like to extend a special thanks to Val Chartier, LaNeeta
Sudweeks, Doreen Nielson, Dr. Blackham, and all the other care givers. Funeral
services will be held Wed-nesday, July 6, 2005 at 12 noon in the Salina LDS
Stake Center, 98 West 400 North in Salina. Friends may call for viewing at the
Springer Turner Funeral Home, 150 East Main Street, in Salina, Tuesday evening
from 6-8 p.m. and at the stake center Wednesday from 10-11:30 a.m. prior to
the services. Burial will be in the Salina Eastside Cemetery under the care of
the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina, and Gunnison, Utah.

Davidson, Charlene "Charli"
Charlene D. Davidson 1945 ~ 2005 Charlene (Charli) Davidson passed away June
30, 2005 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Charli was born
February 4, 1945 in Murray, Utah. She lived life to the fullest and was a
friend to all. Charli loved bonko, bowling, and bingo. The thing she valued
most in life was her family and close circle of friends. She is survived by
her husband of 26 years, John Davidson; her daughter, Rhonda (Mike) Tooke; her
son, Michael (Kellie) Reddoor; and her four grandchildren whom she adored,
Jordan Meyer, Kylie Meyer, Tommy Reid, Kamille Tooke. She will be greatly
missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held Wed-nesday, July 6,
2005 at 11 a.m., Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray.
Interment, Elysian Gardens. All who knew and loved Charli are welcome at her
viewing, Tuesday evening July 5, 2005, 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday, July 6, 2005
one hour prior to funeral at Memorial Estates Mortuary 5850 South 900 East,
Murray.

June Lovinia Seal Draper 1918 ~ 2005 RIVERTON/DRAPER - June Lovinia Seal
Draper, 87, passed away June 30, 2005 in Draper, Utah. Born June 21, l918 in
Herriman, Utah to Horace Martin and Emma Virginia Bodell Seal. She grew up in
Lark and lived most of her life in Riverton until July 2002 when she moved to
Wentworth, of Draper. In April 2005 she moved to Stratford, of Draper. Married
Dallas Leon Draper on February 16, 1942 in Malad, Idaho. Their marriage was
later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death
September 6, 1995. June was a faithful member of the LDS Church her entire
life and served in many positions, including Temple Worker at the Jordan River
Temple. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She will
be missed by all. June is survived by her daughter, DeLauna (David) Rollins of
Boron, CA; grandchildren, Ian (Jennifer), Jason, Garth, and Lynne Marie
Turpin, all of West Jordan, UT; sisters, Beverly (Harry) Carson, Provo; and
Joy Jensen, Sandy; sister in law, Joyce Seal of Midvale. Preceded in death by
husband; sisters, Jessie Neilsen, and Mary Beth Walker; and brother, H. Max
Seal. The family wants to thank the staff at Stratford and Wentworth of Draper
for their wonderful care. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m.
in the Riverton 8th Ward 12345 So. 2700 W. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8
p.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 So. 2200 W. and on Wednesday one

Duncan, Dale Leroy
Dale Leroy Duncan 1944 ~ 2005 SYRACUSE - Dale Leroy Duncan, age 61, passed
away Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at his home. Dale was born February 7, 1944 to
Leroy Hardy Duncan and Nora Ellen Cook. His father; and a step-child, Brian
Holbrook, preceded him in death. He was an active member of the LDS Church and
learned to serve the Lord early in his life. When he was only nine years old
his father was called to be the Mission President of the LDS South African
Mission. He accompanied his parents on this assignment where they served for
four years. He was raised in Centerville, graduated from Bountiful High School
and LDS Business College. He returned to South Africa as a missionary when he
was 19. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He married Linda Kempe
June 16, 1966 and they were later divorced. He was a manager of Thom McCann
shoes, until they closed. He married Carol G. Kennedy January 3, 1991 in the
Salt Lake Temple. In 1991, he started work with Deseret Industries, at Welfare
Square, as a job coach. He loved his work and felt that it was not only a job
but also a calling from his Heavenly Father. He is survived by his wife, Carol
of Syracuse; and his children, Shauna (Dale) Wheelwright of Blackfoot;
Jennifer (Mike) Hess of Draper; Brent (Rebecca) Duncan of Brigham City; Becky
(Drew) Bickel of Logan; and Allison Duncan of Ogden; step-children, Brett
Kennedy (Heather) Holbrook of Richfield; Marcie Owens of Syracuse; Brady
(Cynthia) Holbrook of Salt Lake City; mother, Nora C. Duncan; sister, Elna
(Robert) Hollist of Idaho Falls; and brother, Rulon (Louise) of Centerville.
He leaves behind 18 special grandchildren that were the light of his life.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2005, 11 a.m. at West Point
1st Ward, 4383 W. 300 No. Friends and family may call Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at
Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Wednesday from

Hymas, Rulon
Rulon Hymas "Mr. Oil" Born September 23, 1907 in Paris, Idaho to Arthur James
Hymas and Cordelia (Della) Davis Hymas. He is proof that the good don't always
die young. He passed away peacefully while getting ready for breakfast, June
29, 2005, at the Golden Living Retirement Center. He had just returned to the
Assistance Living Center from Cottonwood Hospital the day before after another
bout with pneumonia. He will be truly missed by all the many people that knew
him. He married Delores M. Parker June 20, 1935. He and his love of a lifetime
enjoyed much during their younger years, (their 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's.),
traveling and camping in their fifth-wheel. They enjoyed being with family and
friends, going to the canyons and playing their banjo's while all were singing
around the campfire at night. He and Delores also enjoyed bowling in several
leagues. Rulon graduated from East High School, studied to be a certified
public account but did not want to leave his current employer, Premium Oil
Company, to work in a accounting office for two years in order to become a
CPA. He said that he didn't think taking the CPA test would have made any
difference in his profession, but he did regret never taking the final test.
His ability in accounting did pay off however because he was promoted to
supervisor over Premium Oil's 32 retail service stations, before moving on to
more responsibilities. In his younger days he worked on his fathers farm, had
a paper route, worked as a service station attendant, a service station
manager, worked on a natural gas pipeline between Wyoming and Salt Lake City,
worked in a logging camp in Vancouver, Washington, worked in a feed store with
his brother Merrill in Salt Lake City, and at the same time worked full time
at Shell Oil Company across the street from the feed store, worked for Utah
Oil Refining Company, then in 1935 began working for Premium Oil, and this was
the beginning of his life long career with that company. He worked for them
for 67 years. He was phenomenal at facts and figures. During his life he was
Vice President of Premium Oil Company, President of Premoco Oil Company,
President of PR Transport Company, and Secretary-Treasurer of Leeoco Oil
Company. In Oct., 2002, at the age of 95 he retired because of health reasons,
however, still maintained his position on the board of directors. He resigned
from the board of directors in 2004. He said that he couldn't ask for a better
company to work for, and that it had been an enjoyable 67 years. Survived by
daughter, Jean (Ed) Smith, Taylorsville, UT; son, Robert (Sue) Hymas,
Herriman, UT; Delores's son, Jack (Arlene) Hymas, St. George, UT; Delores's
daughter, Peggy Walker, Lakewood, CO; brother, James Davis (Marge) Hymas;
sister-in-law, Ione Hymas, Taylorsville, UT. brother-in-law, Roy Parker,
Bailey, CO; many grandchildren; many, many great-grandchildren, and several
great great-grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews whom he loved and was
dearly loved in return. Preceded in death by his parents; wife of 67 years,
Delores; brothers, Rayby James (Gladys) Hymas, Merrill Hymas, Harold (Alice)
Hymas and sister, Pearl (Max) Pace; great grandson, Trent Michael Smith;
grandson, Larry Hymas. We want to give special thanks to Harmony Home Health
Care, and Harmony Hospice for the excellent care they gave to our very loving
father. Also a special thank you to the Golden Living Center for their care of
our wonderful father. He had a smile for all and nobody ever heard him say one
unkind word about anyone. He was always willing to be of any service he could
to anyone and was the most agreeable man anyone ever meet. He was a true
believer in "live and let live". His warm kindness and terrific attitude will
never be forgotten by those who meet him. Funeral services will be held Wed.,
July 6, 2005, 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Ward House, 5233 South, 3200 West,
Taylorsville, UT. Family and friends may call Tuesday, July 5, 2005, 6-8 p.m.
at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 So. Redwood Road and Tuesday at the church one
hour prior to service. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates. Rulon told his
daughter he liked to help others as much as possible and they talked about
donations. So as a suggestion, in lieu of flowers, a donation in Rulon's name
sent to the Ronald McDonald House, 1135 E. So. Temple, SLC, Ut. 84102, or any
charity of choice, would be greatly appreciated.

Long, James Alvin
James Alvin Long "Jim" Jim Long, age 66, passed away June 29, 2005 in
Holladay, Utah. He was born January 21, 1939 in Appleton City, MO to Al and
Woodie Long. Jim attended Lawrence High School. Married Maxine Crystal April
27, 1963 in Kamas, Utah. Jim was an avid duck hunter and supporter of Ducks
Unlimited, Utah Air Boats and the Ambassador Duck Club. Jim enjoyed gardening
and sharing the fruits of his crops. He was also willing to lend a hand to
those in need. He is survived by his wife, Maxine; children, Matt (Robbin),
and Nanci Wissler; brother, Dick (Kay) Long; and grandchildren, Crystal, and
Ericka Wissler, Hunter Long, and Monique Gutierrez. Preceded in death by his
parents. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 5, 11:30 a.m. at
Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 Highland Drive. The family will receive
friends, 10 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 Highland Drive.

Miskol, Dorothy M.
Dorothy M. Miskol 1929~ 2005 Dorothy Mary Brisbois Miskol, 76 , of West Valley
City, a devoted loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and
great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at home June 30, 2005. She was born
February 25, 1929 in Providence, Rhode Island to James Henry and Isabelle
Cecilia Hoye Brisbois. She married Michael J. Miskol in the Shrine of St. Anne
Church in Arvada, Colorado September 10, 1950. Dorothy was a member if the
Catholic Church. She received the religious medallion of Pope John Paul II for
the 12 years she was a religious education teacher at Saints Peter and Paul
Catholic Church. She also loved being with friends, namely her dear friend
Carolina Strandgard. We thank you Carolina, for your kindness and friendship,
which Dorothy so appreciated. She also held a special kinship to the members
of the "Old timers" of Saints Peter and Paul. They, too are great friends. She
is survived by children, Jeanette (Kevin) McClellan, Renee' (Jeff) Dietz, and
Mark (Michelle) Miskol; grandchildren, Steven (Danielle) McClellan, Connie
(Robert) Rice, Matthew and Marsha Miskol; and great-grand-daughter, Savannah
McClellan; broth-er, Jim Brisbois; and five sisters, Isabelle Rosser, Claire
Patterson, Lillian Demers, Joan Scoville, and Barbara Diel. She was preceded
in death by her husband, Michael; her son, Steven Michael; and two brothers,
Leonard and William. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 10 a.m. at
Saints Peter and Paul Church, 3580 West 3650 South. A Vigil Service will be
held Tuesday, 7 p.m. at Neil O'Donnell and Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South,
where friends may call from 6-7 p.m. Committal Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 4th Ave.
and "T" St. In lieu of flowers, Dorothy asked donations be made to Saints

Nelson, Revere Frank
Revere Frank Nelson 3/6/1926 ~ 7/2/2005 Revere Frank Nelson, born March 6,
1926, son of Revere Ariel Nelson and May Evelyn Snyder of Chicago, Illinois,
passed away July 2, 2005 at his home in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is survived
by his wife, Rebecca May Pettit Nelson, whom he married February 14, 1957 in
the Salt Lake Temple. He is also survived by three sons, Robert Lindsey
(Sherri), William Bradley (Dawn), and Richard Eric (Stacey); two daughters,
Karla Marie (Dennis), and Kimberly Anne; 23 grandchildren and one
great-grand-son. Preceded in death by a son, Terrance Allen Nelson; a
daughter, Kristina May Orfanos; and a grandson, Rhett Lindsey Nelson. Revere
was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He
served a mission to Norway 1950-52 and has served in various capacities since,
among them financial clerk for both ward and stake. He has been civic-minded
and taken an active part in the community, served as President of Sugar House
Kiwanis Club (1976-77); also as President of the Board of Governors of the
Salt Lake Branch of the American Institute of Banking. Above all else, he has
been a faithful and loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend, and
showed unconditional love to all. The family wishes to give special thanks to
Inspiration Hospice for the loving care and support given to Revere and
family. Funeral services will be Wed. July 6, 11 a.m. at Winder Eighth Ward,
1361 E. 4000 S, SLC. Friends may call Tues. 6-8 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial
Park, and one hour prior to services. Interment at Wasatch Lawn Cemetery.

Stockton, Theron Raymond
Theron Raymond Stockton "Bus" Theron Raymond Stockton, age 84, passed away
July 2, 2005 at home in West Valley City. He was born January 16, 1921 in Ft.
Morgan, Colorado to Harold Otis Stockton and Anna Josephine Furrer Stockton.
He married Carma Seeley September 1, 1973 in Elko, NV. I was a truck driver. I
loved being behind the wheel. My buddies and I solved the problems of the
world at the coffee shop. I was a very patient man who loved my family and
friends. I will be with you forever. So keep truckin on my good buddies 10-4
...the Buzzbomb. He is survived by his wife, Carma Seeley Stockton; children,
Susan (Grant), David (Bonnie), Lesa, Jim (Connie), Rhonda, Tom (Lesli), Joe,
Cami (Stan); grandchildren (25); and great-grandchildren (4). He is preceded
in death by his eldest daughter, grandson, mom, dad, and brother. Services
will be 12 noon, Wednesday July 6, 2005 at Valley View Mortuary, 4335 West
4100 South, West Valley. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from
6-8 p.m. and also one hour prior to the services Wednesday. Interment will
follow at Valley View Memorial Park. Thank you to all of those who have cared
for Bus over the years. And a very special thanks to Harmony Home Health and
Hospice for their very special care.

Susko, Lawrence
Lawrence Susko 1952-2005 Lawrence, (Larry) Susko, beloved husband, father and
brother, passed away peacefully at home, in the early morning hours of June
28, 2005. His wife and daughter were by his side. Larry was born May 2, 1952
in Sharon, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Paul and Fannie Susko. He attended
high school in Sharpsville, PA. He was Senior Class President in High School.
He went on to attend and graduate from the University of Notre Dame with a
degree in business. He played football with the "Fighting Irish" and was part
of the team that won the National Championship in 1973. Larry worked in the
field of underground mining/tunneling support systems for almost thirty years.
His colleagues and all others who knew him respected him and his expertise in
this field. Larry married Tong Sonyi in 1985. He was a wonderful father to his
stepdaughter Jenny and her two children, Anthony and Asia. He loved to play
golf and watch football and automobile racing. Although he became very ill
with cancer and experienced great pain, Larry fought courageously until the
end. He is survived by his wife, Sonyi; daughter, Asia Susko; brother, Paul
(Linda) Susko; sister, Susan (Joe) Holler, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by Anthony, Jenny, and his parents. Funeral
services will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2005, 12 noon at the St. Patrick's
Catholic Church, 1058 West 400 South. The family would like to thank all of
the people involved in Larry's care for their love and support.

Wetzel, Emma Orlene Robinson
Emma Orlene Robinson Wetzel 1932 ~ 2005 BOUNTIFUL - Emma Orlene Robinson
Wetzel, 72, passed away July 3, 2005 in Bountiful, Utah. Born September 25,
1932 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ray Robinson and Emma Helena Fikstad. She
attended Onegua Grade School, Jackson Jr. High and graduated from West High
School. She received a one year certificate from the California Air College.
Orlene joined the W.A.F.'s in 1950 and was stationed in Texas and South
Carolina. She met her husband Allen Richard Wetzel (Watertown, WI) while
stationed at Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, South Carolina where they were
married in 1952. They went to Wethersfield Air Station in England where their
first two children were born. Upon returning stateside they were stationed in
Wisconsin and Nevada where their next two children were born. Returned
overseas to France for three years. Once again coming home to spend the next
four years in Texas, then to Salt Lake while Allen served in Vietnam and
Thailand. Then off to Washington State for one and half years. Then packed
their bags once again to spend four years in Germany. After 26 years of
service, they retired in Bountiful, Utah. Orlene worked for WIC the past 16
years where she enjoyed the friendship of many fine ladies. She was a lifelong
member of the LDS Church, where she held many positions over the years. Her
compassion, love, and caring - for everyone - family and friends - was without
measure. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sisters, and a
brother. Orlene is survived by her four children, son, Tony (Vicki) Wetzel;
daughter, Laurie (Chuck) Lindsay; son, John (Valene) Wetzel; daughter, Julie
(Kim) Boren; 20 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services
will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday July 6, 2005 at the Bountiful 19th Ward, 1540
N. 400 E. Friends may call Tuesday July 5th from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's
Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. and Wed. 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior
