Blalock, Ava Jacqueline
Ava Jacqueline Blalock July 8, 2005 Ava Jacqueline Blalock, beloved baby
daughter of Amy and Kevin Blalock, was born July 8, 2005, eight pounds and
nine ounces, 22 inches long. Perfect in every way but died before she could
even take her first breath. Although we cannot hold Ava in our arms, we
forever will hold her in our hearts. Ava is survived by her loving parents,
Kevin and Amy Davidson Blalock, Salt Lake City, Utah; grandparents, Lynn and
Rebecca Davidson, Salt Lake City, Utah, Robert and Jacilyn Blalock, Grand
Rapids, Michigan; along with great-grandparents, and many loving aunts,
uncles, and little cousins. Private family services will be held for Ava this

Blanford, Sharon K.
Sharon K. Blanford "Devoted Mother" Sharon Kimberly Eyring Blanford, 37,
passed away at home July 8, 2005. Sharon was born July 6, 1968, to Edward M.
and Marilyn M. Eyring. She graduated from Olympus High School and University
of Utah. Sharon married David Blanford; later divorced. Sharon was born with a
unique talent for the written word. Sharon's life was devoted to the care of
her daughter, Tristen. Sharon will be remembered for her love and compassion
for those less fortunate than herself. She will be missed by her nieces and
nephews whom she adored. Survived by her daughter, Tristen; parents; siblings,
Valerie and Paul La-Haye, David and Juli Eyring, Steven and Jill Eyring; and
her nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Tuesday July 12, 2005,
11 a.m. at the Salt Lake City Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from
9:30-10:30 a.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple.

Chesley, Wanda Shirley (Wager)
Wanda Shirley (Wager) Chesley 02/16/28 ~ 07/08/05 Wanda Chesley, age 77,
passed away July 8, 2005 in Bountiful, Utah. She was born Feb. 16, 1928 in
Salt Lake City, Utah to Clarence W. and Wanda (Larsen) Wager. She graduated
from West High School. Wanda married Robert W. Chesley Feb. 23, 1946. Their
marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple Feb. 24, 1955. They later
divorced October 1964. Wanda married Donald Archer Daniels Sept. 13, 1965 in
Kansas City, Kansas; divorced Sept. 1969 in Phoenix, Arizona. Her name was
restored to Chesley. Wanda had four children, daughter, Terry (James) Chesley
Marks; and sons, Robert (deceased) (Juanita Goe-bel) Chesley, Lorin (deceased)
(Dianne Richardson) Chesley, Scott (Rhonda Hamilton) Chesley. She has 18
grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; five sisters, Helen (Bill) Lund,
Louise (Glen) Foulk, Clarice (Floyd) Davis, Joyce (Tom) Hughes, Darlene (Joel)
Johnson. Wanda was an active member of the LDS Church and served an LDS
mission from 1986-87 in St. Louis, MO. She was employed for 13 years at the
Salt Lake Temple retiring in 1990. "Well, Mom" you made it to the top of the
mountain, regardless of the many obstacles in your path! We celebrate with
you, your graduation to a higher calling. Your children, grandchildren,
great-grandchildren, sisters, and friends loved you dearly. "You will be
missed, along with your humor." Services will be held Monday, July 11, 2005,
10 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 Highland Drive. Family and
friends may call at the mortuary Sunday, July 10, 2005 from 6-8 p.m. and one

Fuhriman, David Edwin
David Edwin Fuhriman "Grandpa Ed" David Edwin Fuhriman passed away July 10,
2005 in Salt Lake City. Ed was born December 2, 1913 to John D. and Margaret
Rice Fuhriman in Providence, Utah. He graduated from South Cache High School.
Ed married Belle Adams May 29, 1942. Their marriage was later solemnized in
the Salt Lake Temple. Ed loved the Lord and was valiant in his service to Him.
In all his callings he gave the best he had. He was a High Priest in the 21st
North Ward where he served in two bishoprics. He also served on the Emigration
Stake High Council under four stake presidents. In addition he was Elders
Quorum president, ward assistant High Priest Quorum Group Leader, stake Young
Men's president and was a faithful home teacher. Professionally he was known
as an honest and hard worker. He began his career at D&RG Railroad where he
served his apprenticeship as journeyman boiler maker. After World War II he
was employed by Eimco Corporation and retired from there after 30 years of
employment. Ed was preceded in death by his wife; a son, Russell; three
sisters; and four brothers. He is survived by three children, Margaret (Warren
"Butch) Latey, South Jordan, Claudia (Glen) Eliason, Ogden; and one son, David
H. (Karen) Fuhriman, Salt Lake City. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren;
and nine great-grandchildren. Ed loved working in his garden on the Avenues
where he shared his fruits, vegetables, and flowers with his family, friends,
and neighbors for many years. He was known and loved by many as a great friend
and neighbor. He was most proud of the titles "Dad" and "Grandpa," and was
loved and revered by those who called him such. Funeral services will be held
Wed-nesday, July 13, 2005, 11 a.m. at the 21st North Ward, 680 E. 2nd Ave.
Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, and
from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the ward. Interment, Salt Lake
City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to LDS Church
Missionary Fund.

Fullmer, Myron Oscar "Mike"
Myron Oscar Fullmer "Mike" 1905 ~ 2005 Myron Oscar Fullmer, age 100, passed
away July 7, 2005 at his son's home. Myron was born April 24, 1905 in Hayden,
ID to Oscar and Lovina Fullmer. He was the oldest of 11 children and is
survived by brother, Melvin (Lois); and sister, Valerie Hill. He married Avis
Wall March 19, 1932. Marriage later solemnized in Salt Lake Temple. They had
two children, Jean Marie, and Neldon Oscar. He is survived by his son;
daughter-in-law, Sharron; eight grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and
four great great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife,
daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons. Funeral services will be held
Wed-nesday, July 13, 2005, 11 a.m. at the Murraydale Ward, 6300 S. 300 E.
Family and friends may visit from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the
church and also Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Memorial Mortuary, 5850 S.
900 E. Interment, Mountain View Cemetery.

Gardner, Betty Edna Beck
Betty Edna Beck Gardner 1923 ~ 2005 LAYTON - Betty Beck Gardner, 81, passed
away Saturday, July 9, 2005 at Apple Village Assisted Living Center, in
Layton, Utah of natural causes. Betty was born August 30, 1923 in Riverside,
CA to Clair Mathew Beck, Sr., and Mary Edna Clark. The family moved to Kansas
and then Jay, Florida where she graduated from high school. Mom met Norman
George Gardner in Pensacola, FL where she worked as a 'soda jerk'. Dad was
stationed at Eglin Field and fell for mom and her pineapple milkshakes
immediately. They were married April 1, 1945 in Pensacola. They moved to
Huntington, UT where they started their family, then moved to Farmington, UT
where she joined the LDS church and served many years in the Primary
organization and raised her five children. Mom and Dad were active in the
Farmington Jaycees organization where she served as president of the women's
auxiliary. Mom is survived by her sisters, Eleanor Green, Macon, GA; Doris
Braunhardt, Ft. Pierce, FL; and her children, Harry (Linda), Carol (Ray)
Rasmussen, Darlene (Norman) Robbins, Beckie (Steve) Dragon, and Gary. Mom and
Dad have 26 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in
death by her husband, Norman; and brothers, Claire, Jr., Donald and Harry. The
family will remember her love for swimming. She was a Red Cross swimming
instructor at the Lagoon Resort for many years. And also for her love of
acrobatics in the years she spent as a drum majorette for Jay High School.
Well, Mom, you finally made it after all the hardships and challenges placed
in your path. We celebrate with you, your graduation to a higher calling. Your
family and friends love you dearly and are grateful for our association with
you. You and your sweet spirit will be missed. A special thanks to the
wonderful staffs of the Apple Tree, Apple Village, and Hospice of Utah for
their tender loving care and friendships over the last fourteen years. Funeral
services will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2005, 11 a.m. at the LDS Rock

Heywood, Gertrude "Trudy"
Gertrude (Trudy) Heywood 1916 ~ 2005 Trudy Heywood, 89, of Logan, Ut., died
July 6, 2005 in Bountiful, following a brief illness. She was born February
15, 1916 in Littlefield, Mohave, AZ, to Joseph Frehner and Hulda Rozena Ence.
She was a graduate and class valedictorian of Dixie College. She was working
in Salt Lake City as a secretary for the U.S. Government when she met Benjamin
B. Heywood. They were married September 28, 1946 in Fredonia, AZ. She was an
active member of the LDS Church, serving in the Relief Society Presidency and
the Sunday School. Trudy was a volunteer worker for the Red Cross and American
Legion as Auxiliary President. She belonged to the Daughters of the Utah
Pioneers. She also spent countless hours in community service. She is survived
by a niece she raised as her daughter, JoAnn Baron, SLC; a sister-in-law, Mrs.
Kenna Frehner, Phoenix, AZ; and numerous nieces and nephews who fondly
remember Trudy for her constant love, devotion, and hospitality. She is
preceded in death by her husband; parents; step-mother, Myrtle Roebuck;
sisters, Lucille Baron, Ora Mae Olsen, Karma Sweet; brother, Arlan Frehner;
and step-brother, Jay Roebuck. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 12,
2005, 11 a.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary (295 No. Main, Bountiful,

Horiuchi, Tsotomu "Tube"
Tsutomu "Tube" Horiuchi 09/07/24 ~ 07/08/05 Our beloved father, grandfather,
brother and friend, Tsutomu "Tube" Horiuchi, passed away peacefully Friday
after a short illness in a Salt Lake City hospital; he was 80. We will sorely
miss our Dad and his incredible warmth and generosity as he makes his final
journey to be together again with Mom, whom he loved dearly for 60 years. And
we'll always cherish those times we had with him, the funny and daring stories
he shared, the family gatherings and most importantly, the moments he spent
with his precious grandchildren. Tube was born September 7, 1924, in Seattle
to Kaga and Kaneo (Komai) Horiuchi. He was a scrappy, mischievous kid living
on Jefferson Street and attending Franklin High School where he was a standout
tennis player. After World War II erupted in 1941, he and more than 120,000
other Japanese Americans were interned in relocation camps. He was held in the
Minidoka Relocation Center in south central Idaho before he decided to join
the Army to fight for his country. Tube was a part of the famed 442nd
Regimental Combat Team, where he fought in Europe and was twice wounded,
receiving two Purple Hearts. After the war, he returned home and moved to Salt
Lake City where he met the love of his life, May "Maizie" Hakata, whom he
married November 16, 1946. Since that time, Tube worked as a Las Vegas
blackjack dealer, a gourmet chef at the Ambassador Club as well as the Beau
Brummel restaurant. He also worked in food services for the University of
Utah, St. Mark's Hospital and the Salt Lake County Jail. But his proudest
accomplishment was becoming a Salt Lake County Sheriff's deputy, the first
Asian-American deputy in the department. He helped start the sheriff's reserve
program, volunteering one day a week for 15 years as a sworn officer before
becoming a full-time deputy. At the time, he was the oldest recruit to
graduate from the Utah Police Academy and later became a robbery-homicide
detective. He retired after 14 years. He coached little league baseball for
many years and loved golfing and bowling with his friends. He is preceded in
death by his wife, May; and sister, Chiyo, and her husband, Tom Morita. He is
survived by sons, Wayne (Cathy), Randy (Frances), Sherman, Vince (Kim);
brother, Masaru (Ruth); grandchildren, Angela (Greg) Yvkoff, Rylie, Madeline,
Ashley; numerous nieces and nephews. A private family gathering and burial
will be held Wednesday at Mountain View Cemetery. Family members also would
like to thank the personnel at Cottonwood Hospital, Promise Specialty Hospital
and Salt Lake Regional Medical Center for their care. In lieu of flowers,

Hunt, Maloree Rose
Maloree Rose Hunt 1989 ~ 2005 ST. GEORGE, UTAH - Maloree Rose Hunt, age 16,
beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, and friend, returned to the loving
arms of our Heavenly Father on Friday, July 8, 2005, after a courageous battle
with Leukemia. Maloree was born in Murray, Utah, on April 10, 1989, to Darin
and Candy Kingsbury Hunt. Maloree is a chosen daughter, full of faith and love
for all who knew her. She was always eager to help others and especially
enjoyed children and her cats. She served in many ways, earning her Young
Women in Recognition Award by organizing a fund raiser for Light the Night
Walk for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Among her many talents, she
enjoyed writing and poetry, having several published online for poetry.com,
and also winning a Young America's Author Award. She enjoyed working with the
Make a Wish Foundation of Utah, as a Wish Ambassador. We join with the many
whose lives she profoundly touched in mourning her loss. She will be greatly
missed but never forgotten. She is survived by her: parents, Darin and Candy,
sister, Tierra, and brother, Brennon, all of St. George; grandparents, Jim and
Maureen Buetler, of Beaver, UT, and Judith Kingsbury, of Mesa, AZ; along with
many dear aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her
grandfather, Marlan Hunt, formerly of Beaver, UT. We wish to thank the many
caring doctors and nurses who have cared for her over the years, especially
those who were also good friends at Primary Children's Medical Center. Funeral
services will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Beaver 6th
Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at
1380 E. 200 N., Beaver, UT. Friends may call Monday, July 11, from 6:00 to

Merrill, LaWana Jensen
LaWana Jensen Merrill 03/30/29 ~ 07/09/05 After a protracted illness, LaWana
Jensen Merrill passed through the portal July 9, 2005 with the grace and
courage that characterized her life. LaWana was born March 30, 1929 in
Preston, Idaho to Charles 'Chuck' Jensen and Mena Mockli. In 1948 La-Wana
married David Kenneth Merrill of Preston, Idaho with whom she traveled life's
winding road for the next 56 years. In the 50s and the 60s she assumed the
challenges of an Air Force wife and mother of three new sons. Wherever she
made her home, from Texas to Utah to Arizona to Hawaii to Alabama, she made
many valued friends and embraced the diverse cultures that she encountered.
During the years of marriage, motherhood and service, she found time to
squeeze in college classes in mathematics and education which culminated in a
Master's Degree from the University of Alabama in 1968. Her new teaching
career started in rural Alabama, moved to Skyline High School and culminated
at Salt Lake Community College. She touched the lives of thousands of high
school and college students through her unselfish dedication. She received her
share of professional recognitions but none were greater than the appreciation
of her many students. As her grandchildren and great-grandchildren joined the
family, she took great pleasure and pride in their lives. She never took more
pleasure in shopping than when she was shopping for them. LaWana was preceded
in death by her parents, and two sisters. She is survived by her husband and
partner, Kenneth; by her three devoted sons, David (Pam), Douglas, and Travis;
by 11 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. The family would like to
acknowledge Dr. James Pearle who attended LaWana's illness with care and
respect. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2005, 11 a.m. at the
Kaysville Haight Creek Stake Center, 1520 Fox Pointe Dr. Friends may call

Nitz, Guenter
Guenter Nitz 1931 ~ 2005 Guenter Nitz passed away peacefully in his home at
the side of his loving wife, Gisela, July 9, 2005. Guenter was born on June
19, 1931 in Essen, Germany to Wilhelm Friedrich and Veronika Zdunnek Nitz.
Guenter served a full-time mission for the LDS Church in Hamburg, Germany, and
served his country faithfully in the US Armed Forces. He was loved by all who
met him. He always had a positive attitude, even when things weren't going
well. Guenter's greatest possession was his family. He did everything he could
for them. He was a great example of love and giving what he had. He always
made people laugh, even during his illness. Guenter is survived by his loving
wife of 47 years, Gisela; daughter, Diane Allen; son, Michael (Alison) Nitz;
nine grandchildren, whom he loved very much. They will miss their Opa. What a
great reunion it will be with him again. WE LOVE YOU, OPA! Funeral services
for Guenter will be held Wednesday July 13, 2005 at 11 a.m. at the Parley's
5th Ward, 2615 East Stringham Ave. (2287 So.), where friends may call from

Schow, Lenore Little
Lenore Little Schow "Beloved Sister, Aunt, and Friend" Lenore Little Schow,
born January 13, 1924, died July 9, 2005 at home in Murray, Utah. She was the
daughter of Knowlton and Eva Hortt Little. She was raised and educated in
Kanab, Utah. During World War II she worked at Hill Field and Fort Douglas.
After the war she attended beauty school, then taught there. She owned her own
business and later worked with the Murray City Library. She married Elton Kim
Meryhew (deceased) in 1950. They lived in California and Hawaii while he was
in the Navy. She married Delbert Schow October 13, 1962 in the Manti Temple.
Del died 10 years ago and she has been on her own since then. They lived in
Murray their entire married lives. Lenore was an active member of the Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as Relief Society President,
was on the Stake Relief Society Board, taught in all organizations of the
church. She served with her husband, Del, in the LDS Branch in the Murray Care
Center where he was Branch President and she was Relief Society President.
Lenore was an artist who shared her talent with many people, especially the
disabled at the Work Activity Center where she taught art classes for many
years and made many friends. She volunteered at the Utah State Library for the
Disabled and Blind. She was a member of the Murray City Disability task force
and was Advocate of the Year in 1998 for the Rights of Citizens with
Disabilities. She was a former member of Union Lion's Club and Veterans of
Foreign War Auxiliary. Lenore and Del loved children and became the adopted
grandparents for the children of the neighborhood. Lenore is preceded in death
by her beloved husband, Delbert; an infant daughter; parents; and sister,
Marie Wilson. Survived by sister, Sandra L. Chatterley (Louis) of Orem; and
many beloved nieces and nephews who were very dear to her. Funeral services
will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2005, 11 a.m. at the LDS Brownstone Chapel,
6410 S. 725 E. Friends may call Tuesday, July 12 from 6:30-8 p.m. at
Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State St., and at the church one hour prior
to services on Wednesday. Interment, Utah Veterans Memorial Park.

Sharp, Vonda L.
Vonda L. Sharp 07/26/31 ~ 07/09/05 Vonda L. Sharp, 73, passed away suddenly
July 9, 2005 at her home. She was born July 26, 1931 in Provo, UT to Claude
and Bertha Larson. On September 14, 1951 she married Keith P. Sharp in the
Logan LDS Temple. Vonda was a devoted mother of two, Rhonda (Jim) Jensen of
West Valley City, and Leo (Betty Jo) Sharp of Payson. She was a grandmother of
nine and a great-grandmother of six. Vonda was preceded in death by her
husband, Keith; her parents; and siblings. She served faithfully in numerous
church callings. Vonda uplifted many with her thoughtful and loving nature.
Those who knew her were touched by her sweet spirit and kindness. All who knew
Vonda loved her, and will miss her deeply. Funeral services will be held, 11
a.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at the Midvalley 6th Ward, 1106 E. 8055 S. in
Sandy. Family and friends may visit Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Memorial
Mortuary, 5850 S. 900 E. in Murray, and also an hour prior to services at the
church Wednesday.

Urry, Ada Marilyn
Ada Marilyn Urry 1931 ~ 2005 Ada Marilyn Bernards Urry passed away Thursday,
July 7, 2005 after a courageous fight with cancer and other complications.
Born March 3,1931, Salt Lake City, Utah to T. Martin Bernards and Ada Hepworth
Bernards. Marilyn attended Granite High School where she accompanied the
Concert Choir. Her musical talent lead her to many many years of teaching
friends and neighbors the skill of playing the piano. Her piano
accomplishments kept her in a perpetual position as Ward Organists and her
optimum joy was serving as Primary pianist. An active life-long member of the
LDS Church were she served wherever asked. She recently served an LDS mission
to Samara, Russia and the Family History Library in Salt Lake. Genealogy was
her passion and she spent endless hours pursuing her ancestors. She also
served as Temple Organist at the Jordan River Temple. Marilyn will be
remembered as a compassionate, giving, fun mother and grandma. When her
husband was alive they spent time in the enjoyment of golfing, traveling and
numerous other family activities. Married Eugene Stanley Urry, Sr., July 9,
1951 in the Salt Lake Temple. Survived by her four children, Leslie M., Eugene
Stanley Jr. (Cindy), Roger Martin (Terri), and Charlene Marie (Ken) Roesbery;
14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Virginia (Ginger)
Heugley, Rebecca (Becky) Evans,and Nancy Fallows. She was preceded in death by
her husband, Eugene Stanley Urry, Sr.; and her parents, T. Martin, and Ada
Bernards. Funeral services, Tuesday, July 12, 2005, 11 a.m. at the West Valley
Third Ward, 2820 W. Lehman Avenue (3590 S.) West Valley, Utah. Family and
friends may call Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East
South Temple, and Tuesday at the ward house one hour prior to services.

Michael Lee Wiss, Sr. "Fuzzy Face" Our beloved husband, dad and grandfather
passed away unexpectedly July 8, 2005 in Salt Lake City surrounded by his
loving family. He was born May 16, 1946 to Arvid and Gean Wiss in Minnesota.
Married LeiLani Kemp November 9, 1965 in Salt Lake. He served in the U.S. Navy
during the Vietnam war. Owner and operator of "No Name Truck-N" for 14 years.
He enjoyed restoring old cars, watching NASCAR and was a big Dale Earnhardt
fan. Survived by his wife, LeiLani; sons, Michael Jr., Randy, Jeff (Deborah)
Wiss; daughter, Michelle (Kipp) Jamison; grandchildren, Jared, Amber, Ricky,
Codie, Sierra, Dallas, and Colton; brother, John Wiss; and sister, Vivian
Mirowski; nieces and nephews, Carmella, Rita, Marriane, Steve, Mark, Gean,
Stanley, Shawn, Gerard, Joe, Faith, Hope, Charity and Pat. He was preceded in
death by two sisters, Donna Malcolm and Ann Wiss. He was deeply loved and will
be greatly missed. We know that Mike is now with his Heavenly Father. We are
grateful for all of the loving care given to our family by the CCU unit of LDS
hospital. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 14, 2005, 12 noon at
the Jordan 1st ward, 4165 south 3920 west. Family and friends may visit on
Wednesday, July 13 from the hours of 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330
South Redwood Road, and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment
will be at the Utah Veterans Memorial park.

Zupan Jr., George
George Zupan Jr. 1926 ~ 2005 George Zupan Jr., 78, passed away at home in
Sandy, Utah July 9, 2005 of natural causes. He rejoined the love of his life
of 50 years, Thelma. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great
grandfather. He was born November 1, 1926 to George and Filka Butkovich Zupan
in Sandy, Utah. He served honorably in the U.S. Army during World War II.
George worked for Utah Power and Light for 32 years. He retired in 1983. He
loved to work on the farm and loved old farm machinery. He married Thelma M.
Holm October 31, 1949. Together they had three daughters and one son. He
devoted all of his retired life to his family and friends. If any thing needed
fixing-"Call for George!", and everyone he met liked him. He is survived by
daughters, Linda (Glen) Roderick, Charlene Halligan, Connie (Tom) Nunley, all
Sandy; son, George C. (Teresa) Zupan, South Jordan; son by choice, Mike
(Michelle) Radivoyevich, Midvale; grandchildren, Marie (Ryan), Glen (Kim),
Joe, Jenny, Jake, Julie (Brandon), Scott, Michael, Colton; great
grandchildren, Dakota, Dyllan, Jordan, McKenzie, Tristan; sister, Katherine
Coleman; brother, Steve Zupan; sister-in-law, Evelyn Holm, Doris Zupan, Joyce
Zupan, Charlotte Zupan; brother-in-law, Al Simonich; also many loved nieces
and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife, Thelma; parents; brothers, Nick,
Jack, Dan, Joe; sister, Mary; sisters-in-law, Ann, Lucille, Gina;
brother-in-law, Don. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2005,
at 11:00 a.m. in the Goff Mortuary 8090 So. State where friends may call
Tuesday 6-8 p.m. or Wednesday one hour prior to services. Interment, Sandy
City Cemetery.
