Bills, Myrth Isabelle Newbold Myrth Isabelle Newbold Bills ....and tell everyone, I love them. The party was planned, it was to be a grand birthday gala in honor of a great lady's 90 years of life. There was to be a tribute picture in the newspaper announcing her special milestone, with an invitation to all friends and family to join us in celebration. It was to be a great gathering to share fond memories and pay tribute to her health, independence and longevity. Instead on this day, a few months earlier than planned, we print this picture extending an invitation to all to join our family in a more dignified celebration befitting the occasion of this beautiful woman and her life. Surrounded by her devoted and loving family, Myrth N. Bills quickly left this life and joined her husband Wes, of 64 years on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at Jordan Valley Hospital. One of seven children, she was born on December 27, 1915 to Charles Henry Newbold and Annie Ada Sadler Newbold in Draper, Utah. Myrth's marriage to R. Wesley Bills on January 19, 1934 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple was a modest and humble beginning to a long life together, rich in love and family. Myrth resided in Riverton close to family and friends for the remainder of her life. She was proud of her family and of its strength and unity. She loved many good times boating, camping, fishing and time spent at the family cabin. She especially enjoyed winters spent at their home in Yuma, Arizona and her many friends there. John Stockton and Karl Malone never had a greater fan and she never missed an episode of "Days of Our Lives." She was the loving mother of Colleen Page and Shirlene (Mark) Lancaster, Riverton; Raymond (Susan) Bills, Bluffdale; LaWanna (Bill) Turner, St. George; grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren, and four times was blessed with five generations. She was the sister of Willis (Ruth) Newbold, Salt Lake City; Marjorie Sjoblom, Draper.
