Plaque at bottom denoting Utah Pioneers.  The words around the circle on the
plaque are "Faith in Every footstep, 1847-1997"  The work "Pioneer" is under the
figure of a couple pulling a handcart in the middle of the circle.

an Eagle Scout Service Project by Sebastian Zabriskie, Spring 2009
