Born January 4, 1921 in Salt Lake City, UT to Johana Magdalena Lindbeck and Frederick Reese. Married John Mack Barlow March 11, 1939 in Salt Lake City, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Virginia was an active member of the LDS Church. She was president three times of the Woman's Utah Motor Transport, a member for over 30 years. During WWII she was a riveter at Douglas Aircraft in California. She was president of the Utah Woman's Council for two years. Survived by son Johnny Barlow (June), daughters Kathriene Barlow Colbert (Nate), Pamela Barlow Riding (Don), Annette Barlow Bolton (Greg), 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2004, 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. So. Temple where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment in Bountiful City Cemetery. Johnson 1938~2004 Dee Frank Johnson was born January 17, 1938 in Salt Lake City Utah, to Vaughn and Mary Johnson. After a long courageous battle with cancer, he passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on December 21, 2004. Dee was employed at Mountain States Supply from January 1957 to present. He enjoyed 46 years of employment beginning as a truck driver and progressing to stock holder/manager. He enjoyed the friendships of fellow employees, friends and customers throughout the years. Dee had many hobbies related to the plumbing and heating industry such as building burners, moldings, castings, and machine work. He spent many hours getting the correct air flow through these burners in order to get proper melting of the metals. Dee also enjoyed building replacement parts and restoring his six International Farmall Super A tractors. Dee was happiest when surrounded by his family and grandchildren. He enjoyed polishing his vast collection of rocks on the polisher he built from scratch. Dee loved to build things and plan out the steps he would take to make them. Dee was never too busy to help people and was always thinking of others, even when his health was in decline. Dee is survived by his wife, Jacquella (Jackie) Aime Johnson; children, Paula( Rich) Pemberton, Pam (Garn) Jensen, Bryan (Sonja) Johnson, Brenda (Hud) Fullmer, Joanna (Troy) Sargent, Jeff Johnson ; his 17 grandchildren, Jayson & Tauni Pemberton, Caci, Josh, Megan & Amanda Jensen, Alyssa, Nathan & Nicole Johnson, Skyler, Jessica, Samantha & Ali Fullmer, Gavin, Emeree, Treven & Livia Sargent; brother, Jerry (Cynthia) Johnson; sisters, Donna Price, Rhonda (Rex) Snyder; many nieces, nephews and cousins; aunts, Afton Huggard, Dorothy Huggard, Blanche Ovard, Rae Huggard ; and uncle, Glen James (Norma Jean) Huggard.
