Born June 12, 2002 in Provo, Utah. While on this earth Justin J.J. enjoyed his family and playing with his many cousins, riding the 4-wheeler, snowmobiling & flying in the air plane. He loved animals, especially horses. He enjoyed feeding his buffalo & sheep, camping & gardening. He loved helping his Dad do chores and helping his Mom cook and clean. J.J. will always be remembered for his outgoing bubbly personality, and his dimples. He is a shining example to all of us, with his love for his brother Jesus and his Heavenly Father. As a family we would like to express our gratitude to our Father in Heaven for our time with his precious little angel. J.J donated his Big Brown Eyes & Loving Heart to another child in need! Justin Joseph is survived by many who love him, his parents, Joseph and Ricci Cook, Grandparents; Mark and Nanalee Cook, Phil and Susan Allred, Great grandparents: Madelyn Allred, Morris Cook, Merrill Larsen. Aunts and Uncles include; Perry and Khristie Allred, John and Tammy Mason, Wade and Tina Eliason, Preston and Kami Allred, Dustin and Hailey Allred, Chance Allred, Scott and Stephanie Stevens, Gerry and Valerie Mills, Heath and Holly Cook, Keven and Angie Cook, Austin and Natalie Cook, and 28 Cousins. Funeral Services will be held Thursday October 21, 2004 at 12:00 pm in the Moroni Stake Center, 82 North Center Moroni. A viewing will be held October 20, 2004 from 6:00 to 8:00 at Rasmussen Mortuary 96 North 100 West Mt. Pleasant & prior to the funeral from 10:30 to 11:30 at the Moroni Stake Center. Ewing, Joann Edith Joann Wadley Ewing, 74, of Orem passed away, Saturday, October 16, 2004 at Timpanogos Hospital from heart complications. She was born October 11, 1930 in Pleasant Grove to Joseph and Edith Wilmott Wadley. She married Mark Leon Ewing on August 28, 1954 in Ely, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. Joann grew up on the Wadley family farm in Lindon and attended school in Lindon and Pleasant Grove. She graduated from Pleasant Grove High School and attended college in Provo. Joann was an active member of the LDS Church, served faithfully in many callings, and especially enjoyed her time serving as a Temple Worker in the Provo Temple. Joann was an avid reader and enjoyed playing the piano. Her greatest joy in life came from her family. She will be remembered by them as a completely devoted wife and mother. She adored her grandchildren and served her family selflessly. Joann was a fantastic cook and was always seeking to provide the best for her children. She is survived by five children: Stevan (Susan) Ewing, Highland; Nan (Boyce) Jasper, Mesa; Patrice Ewing, Orem; Alaine (Randy) Cottle, Pleasant Grove; David Ewing, Draper, step-son, Randy (Pam) Rasmussen, Sandy; 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Additional survivors include sisters: Lorraine (Leland) Wells and Marcia Colledge. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 21, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the Orem Fourth Ward Chapel, 50 South 800 East, Orem. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove and at the church on Wednesday one hour prior to services. Larson, Lauree Brinkerhoff Lauree Brinkerhoff Larson, age 59 of Payson, passed away Monday, October 18, 2004 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She was born February 7, 1945 in Junction, Utah to Delbert and Leola Chamberlain Brinkerhoff. Lauree worked for Utah Valley Regional Medical Center for several years. She enjoyed life, traveling, gardening, walking her dogs, camping and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Barrie Larson; two daughters: Michelle Seamons and Kim (Les) Skinner; brothers Hal (Cathy) Brinkerhoff and Carvel (Pat) Brinkerhoff; sisters Gerry (Roy) Charrier and Eloise (Warren) Forsyth; stepchildren: Lori (Mike) Moulton, Tony Larson, Karrie Larson and Christopher Larson. She is also survived by two granddaughters and eight grandsons and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Audrey Welsh and one brother Doug Brinkerhoff. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2004 at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South in Springville. There will be a visitation held at the mortuary on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
