Lucille J. Chapple Lucille Johnson Chapple, age 83, died on April 10, 205 in her home. She was born to Lawrence Carl Johnson and Lottie Jenkins on September 11, 1921, in Midvale, Utah. She grew up in Benjamin, Utah, and graduated from Spanish Fork High School. She married Max D. Chapple in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on November 6, 1940. She was the loving mother of five children: Richard Lynn, Glenn Alan, Jerald Max, Don Ray, and Nancy. She worked as a court clerk in the Utah County Judicial system for many years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served faithfully. She will best be remembered by her beautiful quilts, big family parties, and dedication to her family. She is survived by her children: Glenn (Karen) Chapple, Jerald (Jolyn) Chapple, and Nancy (John) Grant; daughter-in-law Suzanne Chapple, sister Dorthy, sister-in-law Bertha Madsen, 23 grandchildren and 32 (almost 34) great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and her sons Richard and Donnie. Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 16, 2005 at 11 A.M. in the Spanish Fork West Stake Center, 400 North 600 West, Spanish Fork. Friends and family may call Friday from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Walker Mortuary, 187 South Main, Spanish Fork, and also Saturday, from 9:45 to 10:45 A.M. at the Stake Center. Forbush, Ronald "Ron" Ronald (Ron) Forbush, 41 of Springville, passed away Monday, April 11, 2005. He was born April 12, 1963 in Lehi, Utah to Maurice D. and Sharon K. Yates Forbush. Ron married Cindy Diamond and together they had four children. They later divorced and he married Belma Jean Jex and was also divorced. Ron liked to hunt, fish and was an avid outdoorsman and liked to travel. He was a great mechanic and very hard worker. Ron loved his children and his only granddaughter. He is survived by his children: Britteny (Sandy) Smith, Ashley Forbush, Casey Ron Forbush, and Heather Forbush; one granddaughter Shandra Smith; and his parents, Maurice D. and Sharon K. Forbush all of Springville. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters: Roseanna Kirkpatrick, Florence, OR; M. Don (Carla) South Jordan; Christie (Lynn) Banks, Springville; Denise (Dan) Heiselt, Spanish Fork; T. Jay, Spanish Fork; Becky Mondragon, Parachute, CO; Don (Nicci) Payson; Nick (Marolynn) Midway, UT; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Joseph Fred and Lurena Yates, Melvin and Vonda Forbush and a nephew Jed Antonino. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 15, 2005 at 11 a.m. in the LDS Chapel at 200 East 2600 South in Springville. There will be a viewing Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South in Springville and Friday at the church one hour prior to the services. Hunter, Donald Milton Donald Milton Hunter, 75, passed away April 12, 2005, at his home of cancer. He was born August 26, 1929 in American Fork, Utah the son of Asa Elmo and Ferl LuCretia Pulley Hunter. He married Merma Proctor, and later divorced. Married Barbara Joyce Nash on Aug. 15, 1998 in the Mt. Timpanogos LDS Temple. Donald served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a supervisor of ammunition at the Tooele Army Depot. He was a temple worker for 5 yrs. at the Mt. Timpanogos Temple and was the secretary in the ward sunday school presidency. He liked dutch oven cooking and bar-b-queing, and has competed in horse shoe competitions. He loved woodworking, the outdoors, gardening, horse back riding and shootin' the bull. He was a custom meat cutter and loved his dogs, Bear and Rambo, and his cat, Peaches. Survived by his wife, Barbara, Lehi; 1 son and 2 daughters, Rick (Bobi) Hunter, Lehi; Nancy (Glen) Gray, Cedar Hills; Jill (Kelly) Southwick, Orem; 4 step-children; 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a brother, William (Addie) Hunter, St. George; 3 sisters, Elma (Athol) Ross, Vivian (Ron) Turner, American Fork; Marilyn (Mark) Littleford, Kamas. Preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Richard Hunter. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 16, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lehi Chapel Valley Ward, 500 W 700 S, where family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. RIVERDALE - Gail Naomi Jackman, 89, died Sunday, April 10, 2005 at her home in Riverdale of causes incident to age. She was born December 22, 1915 in Salem, Idaho, a daughter of George Dewain and Lillie May Smith Peterson. On May 31, 1938, Gail married Perry F. Jackman in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Perry preceded her in death on April 13, 1987. She was raised and educated in Salem, Idaho graduating from the Salem public schools. Following her marriage she lived most of her life in Nephi. She lived the past 15 months with family members in Riverdale. Her granddaughter, Teresa, wants everyone to know what a privilege it was to have Grandma Gail in her home and to be able to care for her. Gail was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She held many callings throughout her life and served two missions, one to New York and the other to Oregon. One of her greatest joys in her later life was working in the Manti Temple. She worked at the NRP Rubber Plant in Nephi retiring after 25 years of service. Gail loved to sew and crochet and was a wonderful cook. Her favorite thing to do was to be surrounded by her family. Surviving are one son, Ferron (Valear) Jackman, Chester, UT; one daughter, Lynda Daras, Murphy, NC; 34 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Zola McClain and Gerri Smith, both of Marino Valley, CA. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, one son Dewain, siblings Eugene, Coral, and LaRue, one granddaughter, two great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Nephi 8th Ward Chapel, 222 South 100 East in Nephi, Utah, with Bishop Sam Memmott officiating.
