Survived by wife Katherine and 3 sons, Lee, Ray and Ron and a brother Junior, 4 grandkids and 6 great-grandkids. Preceded in death by son Gary; 3 brothers, Duane, Heber, and Nye. Published in the Daily Herald on 8/9/2005. Holdaway, Clista Beck Clista Beck Holdaway, 98, of Vineyard, died Saturday, August 6, 2005, at her home. She was born May 8, 1907, in Lehi, Utah, a daughter of Alma and Sarah Fox Beck. She married Ellis D. Holdaway, June 4, 1931, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died June 14, 1984. She grew up in Lehi and attended Lehi High School. In her early years she worked as a telephone operator and Morrill's Turkey Plant. She was a long time employee of the State Training School. She has spent many hours doing service for the disabled. She was involved as an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in the Relief Society presidency and as a visiting teacher. She spent 35 years serving in the ward nursery. She was also a ordinance worker at the Provo Temple. She is survived by her children, Lorna Bevan, Hurricane, Utah; M. Kay (Linda Kaye) Holdaway, Sherman (Kathleen) Holdaway, all of Orem; Paul (Carol) Holdaway, Aptos, California; Marilyn (Kenneth) Leetham, Nan Holdaway, all of Provo; Ned (Suzan) Holdaway, Heber City; 21 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her seven brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 11th, at 11 a.m. in the Vineyard Ward Chapel, 800 South Geneva Road, Orem. Kroll, Sandra Lorraine Bone Sandra Lorraine Bone Kroll, 55, Pocatello, Idaho,passed away August 5, 2005 at her home after a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born March 3, 1950 in Lehi, Utah to T. J. and Edna Johansen Bone. She grew up and attended school in Pleasant Grove, Utah. She graduated in 1972 from Brigham Young University with a degree in Social Work. On March 31, 1973 she married Carl Wayne Kroll in Pleasant Grove, Utah. They marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple on April 18, 1974. They spent 32 years together. She loved being with people, she was a dear friend to all of those who knew her. She was a very caring person and liked to help others in need. She will always be remembered for her positive outlook on life and her fantastic smile. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. During her lifetime she had many hobbies, which included sewing, gardening, cooking, traveling and reading. She especially enjoyed reading the scriptures. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served many callings in the Primary, Sunday School, and the Relief Society. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Kroll; three daughters, Heather (Rocky) Turner of Heber, Utah, Shannon Kroll of Austin, Texas, Leslie (Tony) Littel of Inkom Idaho; her son Wayne Kroll Jr. of Pocatello, Idaho; three grandchildren; her Parents, T.J. and Edna Bone of Pleasant Grove, Utah; two sisters, Kay (Gary) Howes of Lehi, Utah, and Linda Garlick of Orem, Utah; and her brother, Larry (Toni) Bone of Pleasant Grove, Utah. Robinson, William Kirby "Bill" American Fork - William "Bill" Kirby Robinson, age 79 of American Fork, died Aug. 5, 2005 at the Utah Valley hospital in Provo. He was born July 18, 1926 in American Fork to Frank and Edna Allen Robinson. He married Ellen Mae Thomas, June 15, 1949 in Lehi and their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple in 1955. Bill was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings. He was a Temple worker at Provo and Mt. Timpanogos Temples. He was a butcher in Pleasant Grove. He worked several summers for the National Park Service at Timpanogos Cave. He worked at the Utah State Prison and retired as the supervisor of the meatpacking plant. He also enjoyed bowling, fishing, and making custom lamps. Survived by his wife Ellen of American Fork, 1 son Joe (Robyn) Robinson, of Lehi; 1 daughter, Debbi (Rocky) Underwood, of Highland; 6 grandchildren, Cameron, CJ, Brittany, Joshua, Brontae, and Brenna; a sister Helen Walker, of Lindon. He is preceded in death by his brothers and sisters: Allen Frank, Glen, Elma Larsen, and Fern Maxfield. Runolfson, Gary Barton Gary Barton Runolfson passed away on August 7, 2005 from a sudden illness. He was born August 31, 1940 to Kenneth Leeds and Alice Barton Runolfson. A quiet gentle giant left his earthly home to return to his Heavenly Father s arm to be with his father and loved ones. He will always be remembered as a loving and patient father. He was an honorable priesthood holder. He was a quiet peaceful man who rarely raised his voice to anyone. Throughout his life time he did what he could to provide for his family. He loved each and every one of his seven children. He knew what the important things in life were to be a loving husband and a caring father. He showed us though example of how important family is. He was sealed to Dinitia Stubbs Runolfson May 22, 1965 in the Manti temple for time and all eternity. He is survived by his mother; his wife Dinitia Stubbs Runolfson; his children; Natalie (David ) Lofgran; Brian (Janna) Runolfson; Angela (Erik) Taylor; Allison (Brent) Walters; Sherrie (Jonathan) Ricks; Richard (Gentry) Runolfson; and Steven Runolfson. His brother Allen (Helen) Runolfson, and sister Ann (Paul) Roach, and his fourteen grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father. Gary enjoyed spending time with his wife in their garden. He loved the outdoors, spending time with his family and grandchildren and working with his hands.
