Jesperson, Chase Landon Chase Landon Jesperson 1989-2005 For reasons only the Lord understands, we ve been asked to pay the price every parent most fears. Our awesome son, brother, and friend was snatched away, to the loving arms of Heavenly Father, in a jet-ski accident at Lake Powell, on Thursday, July 7, 2005. As hard as it is to let you go, and though we will cry a thousand tears, we realize you are happy and comforted. And we can hear you say, "I wouldn t have it any other way." Chase, we want you to know how proud we are that you chose to earn your Duty to God, and Eagle Scout Award, this year. We still can t wipe the smile off mom s and dad s faces that appeared when you showed them your report card for the last semester. No longer will we be able to hear your alarm clock ring endlessly, and call you on the intercom to get up. Now we will leave that to your grandpa. "Out of the dreariness, Into its cheeriness, Come we in weariness, Home." Stephen Chalmers Chase, now you know what we so strongly believe, that God lives, Jesus is the Christ, and family is everything. No matter what the world may do or say, there is an eternal plan, and our family goal is to be with you againforever. As we whispered in your ear at age two, "You are our most favorite two-year-old in the whole wide world." And now, as we say goodbye for a short time, at age sixteen, we remind you, "You are our most favorite sixteen-year-old in the whole wide world." Funeral services for Chase will be held on Monday, July 11, 2005, at 4 p.m., in the Sharon Stake Center, 545 South 800 East, Orem.
