Jennifer was born September 30, 1969, in Price, Utah. Jennifer loved life to the fullest although suffering kidney failure and other health problems. She could light up a room with her personality. She could be a jokester and prankster and could take a joke on her. She loved being outdoors, fishing, good movies, music and just plain being with family and friends; but, most of all, she enjoyed being with her beloved husband and son. She was so proud of them and always told them so. Jennifer loved unconditionally, finding the goodness and love in everyone. Her sweet love spilled over to all the patients and staff at the Dialysis Centers where she received her care. She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Milo Quince; and her beautiful son, Riverton Brandon; father, David T (Heidie) Averett, of Orem; mother, Dianne Averett, of Goshen. She had four sisters: Bonnie Averett, SLC; Tracey Speaker, SLC; Heidi Orton, Provo; Kelsie Averett, Orem; three brothers: Gilbert Montoya, of Price; David Matthew (Gaylene) Averett, of Orem; and Austin Chance Averett, of Orem; and her bestest friends, Trina, of Provo; and Joanna Montaque, of Goshen, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, all of whom will miss her. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. in the Cleveland Cemetery. Dolph, Julie Eva Julie Eva Dolph, age 44, passed away at her home in Santaquin Utah, on June 17, 2005. She was born July 24, 1960, to James H. Eva and Jeannine Steele Eva. She married Rodney Dolph of Grangeville, Idaho, on July 1, 1989. At the age of 40, she was blessed with a little girl - her Pride and Joy. She is survived by her husband, Rod; daughter, Rita Marie; three brothers: Kerry Eva, of Santaquin, Utah; Larry (Holly) Eva, of Spring Lake, Utah; and Wade (Shantel) Eva, of Santaquin, Utah; one sister, Connie (Scott) Copley, of Santaquin, Utah; two stepchildren: Rodney Dolph, of California, Sheressa Collins, of Idaho; and three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Rita Ann Bahr. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at 11 a.m. in the Santaquin City Cemetery, 300 South 100 East. Ford, Courtney Adam Courtney Adam Ford, 31, of Orem, chose to leave this life on June 17, 2005. He was born May 2, 1974, a son of Frankie L. And Dona Ricks Ford, in Pryor, Oklahoma. Courtney loved life, his family and friends, and his freedom. Traveling the world, climbing, hiking, and the peace in nature inspired his many creative writings. He gave of himself freely to everyone. Our best friend will be remembered, missed, and loved. Survivors include his mother, Dona C. Ford; his brothers: Dallas S. Ford, Chad A. (Brandie) Ford, Lance R. Ford, Frankie Ford Jr., Donnie Ford; sister-in-law, Helen Ford; niece and nephews: Hannah Rae Ford, Jewel and Michael Zane Ford. He is also survived by his special friend, Sheila Higa, and her children, Kendell, Hailey, and Keoki. He was preceded in death by his father, Frankie L. Hopkin, Nan Nibley Bullen Johnson Nan Nibley Bullen Johnson Hopkin passed away June 18, 2005, following treatment for leukemia. Nan was born March 18, 1931, a daughter of Annie Nibley and Roy Bullen. She was born in Salt Lake City and attended East High School and the University of Utah. In 1953, she went to Boston University and received a Masters Degree in music. The next year, she married the love of her life, Rulon Edward "Ted" Johnson, in the Salt Lake Temple. They lived in Palo Alto, California; and, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, before settling in Wilmington, Delaware, where they lived for 35 years, returning to Utah in 1992. Ted died on January 23, 2001. After a year-long friendship, Nan married John Hopkin on April 23, 2005. Their relationship, cut sadly short by her sudden illness, brought her great joy. Music was an essential part of Nan's life. She taught piano lessons for 22 years and began to learn the viola at the age of 30. She was Principal Violist in the Newark, Delaware, and Dover, Delaware, Symphony Orchestras and played professionally for ten years. She was also a member of the Delaware Symphony Repertory Orchestra. Recently, she enjoyed being a member of the American Fork Symphony. When her children were in college, Nan went to the Delaware Community College and received a degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology. She worked for several years in the Wilmington area as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and then went to DuPont to work as a technician doing chemical and cardio-vascular research. Nan was devoted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in many callings through the years; but, the highlight of those years was her 12 years as Blazer Leader. She was a volunteer at the Orem City Library and served in the Family History Extraction Program. Nan was an avid reader and loved camping with her family in the Uinta Mountains and the Eastern woods. Each summer, they went to a different national park. Gardening brought great joy throughout her life, as did genealogical research and sports. Home and family were the focus of her life. Nan is survived by two brothers: Charles (Jonnie) Bullen, Logan, UT; and David Bullen, San Francisco, CA; her husband, John Hopkin, Orem, UT. Nan and Ted are the parents of six children: Bill (Elizabeth) Johnson, Anacortes, WA; Roy (Milla) Johnson, Parowan, UT; Elizabeth (Brad) Thompson, Hickman, CA; Carolyn (Rob) Hamblin, Kanab, UT; Barbara (Richard) Hall, Irvine, CA; and Charles (Karen) Johnson, Ft. Mill, SC. There are 25 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at 11 a.m., in the Cascade 1st Ward Chapel, 481 East Center in Orem. Friends and family may call Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 South State Street in Orem; and also, Wednesday, from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the ward chapel. Jackman, John Travis John Travis Jackman returned to his Heavenly Father's presence on Thursday, June 16, 2005. He was born February 10, 1967, to Eugene and Helen Jackman. He spent his life helping others. He loved racing and started dirt track racing at the young age of 13. He married Stacy Luker on September 1, 1995. He worked at many different tire companies as an alignment technician. Some say he was a real "McGyger," being able to fix things others couldn't. He is survived by his parents; wife, Stacy; three sons: Travis, Kody and Kadan; a step-daughter, Chelese Cleveland; two brothers and two sisters; and his one grandmother. He will be greatly missed. A fund has been set up at the Bank of American Fork, under John Travis Jackman Memorial Account, for his wife and children. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at 1 p.m., in the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 East 800 North, Orem. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery.
