She spent her adult life living in the Treasure valley, where she was employed by the State of Idaho, Department of Health and Welfare. During her 30-year-career there, she was a dedicated caregiver to people who are mentally and physically handicapped. On March 23, 2004, Beth was awarded a certificate of service from the State of Idaho in recognition and appreciation of 30 years of dedicated employment.
