She was born in Provo, Utah, on October 10, 1946, to Christine B. Craig and Harry W. Hatfield. She married Larry Jay Broadbent in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on May 31, 1968. Nathalie received her Bachelor's Degree in business and education from BYU. She taught school for two years and then went on to be an office manager for 23 years, working with her husband. She actively served in the LDS Church as Primary President, counselor in the Relief Society, and in Cub Scouts. She helped her three sons achieve their rank of Eagle Scout. She is survived by her husband, Larry J. Broadbent; three sons: Cameron (Alissa), Chad (Cheri), and Casey (Sarah) Broadbent. She is also survived by three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at 11 a.m., in the Mapleton White LDS Church, located at 31 W. Maple, Mapleton. Friends and family may call on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 82 West 400 North, Mapleton; or, at the church Wednesday morning, from 10-10:45 a.m., prior to services. Vern H Clayson, 80, died March 25, 2005, at his home in Santaquin. He was born May 3, 1924, in Mammoth, Utah, to Harold and Madge Hansen Clayson. Vern served in the U.S. Navy, Pacific Theater, during WWII. He worked at Geneva Steel for 37 years in the rolling mill. He was a member of the LDS Church. He enjoyed family activities, hunting, fishing, and being in the outdoors. He is survived by his wife, DoroLou; their children: Floyd Clayson, Lynn (Karen) Clayson, Karen (Mike) Daniels, Nadine (Larry) Hall, Sara Jane Lewis, Kathrine (Roy) Crouch; 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren, with one on the way; sisters, Farrell (Dan) Degraw, Marlene (Ray) Olson, and Enid Larsen. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bliss Clayson. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 30th, at Noon, in the Santaquin 12th Ward, 90 South 200 East. Friends may call at Holladay-Brown Funeral Home, 66 South 300 East, Santaquin, Tuesday, 6-8 p.m.; and, Wednesday, at the church one hour prior to services. Youd On Friday, March 25, 2005, our beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, Glen P. Youd, 71, passed away unexpectedly, at home, of a massive heart attack. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2005, at 11 a.m., at the Lakeridge Stake Center, 158 East 1100 South, Orem, Utah.
