He was born in Helper, UT, on June 28, 1936, to Mary Catherine Dalpiaz and Thomas Beveridge. He married Janice Lee Axman in Salt Lake City on December 27, 1961. James attended the University of Utah and Westminster College in Salt Lake City. He retired, after 30 years, from the Utah Department of Agricultural Program as manager of meat inspection for the State of Utah. He was active in the Boy Scouts and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and outdoor activities. He is survived by his wife, Janice Beveridge; son, Richard (Tracy) Beveridge; daughter, Anne M. (Jack) Charlesworth; son, Eric S. (Loree) Beveridge; nine grandsons and one granddaughter; and brother, Thomas Beveridge Memorial services will be held on Tuesday evening, May 31, 2005, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shriner's Hospital-Intermountain, Fairfax Road at Virginia Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84103-4399. Published in the Daily Herald on 5/30/2005. Deuel, Sharon Beulah Blood Sharon Beulah Blood Deuel Sharon Beulah Blood Deuel passed away May 27, 2005, in Orem, Utah, at the age of 69. She was born July 30, 1935, in Escalante, Utah, to Loren C. and Beulah Shurtz Blood. Sharon married George Melvin Deuel on February 28, 1952. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Bill) Clark, of Pleasant Grove, UT; 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Dale Blood, of Vernal, UT; Cordellia Colledge, of Payson, UT; Stellia Bingman, of Vernal, UT; and Jackie Jones, of Lovell, WY. Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, two daughters, and one son. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2005, at 11 a.m., at the Pleasant Grove 12th Ward Chapel, 828 South Locust Ave., Pleasant Grove, UT. Warner, Lorraine Hiatt Lorraine Hiatt Warner Irene Lorraine Hiatt Warner, 55, of Spanish Fork, Utah, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2005, at Mountain View Hospital in Payson, Utah. Lorraine was born December 1, 1949, in Payson, Utah, to Ray and Maurine Gardner Hiatt. She married Steven Blair Warner on March 31, 1972, in Payson, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Mt. Timpanogos LDS Temple on September 25, 2004. Lorraine graduated from Payson High School. She received her RN degree from Weber State College. She was employed at Mountain View Hospital for over 28 years, working in the operating room. While there, she made many special friends. She loved working on crafts and making things for other people. She filled her home with many collectible antiques. Lorraine especially loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, and enjoyed their many family vacations together. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Lorraine is survived by her husband, Steven, of Spanish Fork; three daughters: Kristie (Burke) Taylor, of American Fork; Charlyn (Ryan) Roberts, of Salina; Anajean (Ben) Niederhauser, of Springville; and three grandchildren: Logan Taylor, Landon Taylor, and Emree Taylor. She is also survived by her father, Ray Hiatt, of Payson; one sister and three brothers: Sylvia Kennedy, of Orem; Grant Hiatt, of Payson; Vernon Hiatt, of Payson; Noel Hiatt, of Elk Ridge; and mother-in-law, Betty Hone, of Spanish Fork. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maurine G. Hiatt; and her twin sister, Lucille McMullin. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 31, 2005, at 11 a.m., in the Spanish Fork Meadowlark 2nd Ward Chapel, 870 East Canyon Road. Friends and family may call on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Walker Family Mortuary, 187 South Main, Spanish Fork; and, on Tuesday, at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services.
