He was born May 16, 1919, in Payson, Utah, son of Emma Ireta Mitchell and Alma Monroe Argyle, Sr., the fifth of 12 children. He grew up on the Argyle Ranch near Randolph, Rich County, Utah. His military service during WWII was in the infantry in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Cyril graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in political science, and from the University of Utah Law School. He became a member of the Utah State Bar Association. He married Erma Jeanne Scott on June 13, 1947, in the Salt Lake L.D.S. Temple. They lived in Salt Lake City, Randolph, Utah, and for the last 50 years in Provo. Cyril retired from USX (U.S. Steel) Geneva Plant. He enjoyed traveling in his camper, watching rodeos, and telling stories. He particularly enjoyed his grandchildren and his many nieces and nephews. He is survived by his widow; one brother, Ralph Argyle, of Randolph, Utah; five children: Scott (Vicki) Argyle, of Layton, Utah; Dr. Bruce (Diane) Argyle, of Alpine, Utah; Anna (Richard) Sabin, of Layton, Utah; Bob Argyle, of Ogden, Utah; Kay Argyle, of Salt Lake City, Utah; 21 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 9, 2005, at 1 p.m., in the Sunset 10th Ward Chapel, 1402 South 570 West, Provo. Friends may call on Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m., at Berg Mortuary, 185 East Center Street, Provo; and, on Friday at the church, one hour prior to funeral services. Hall, Junior Edmond "Ed" Junior Edmond "Ed" Hall, 76, died September 3, 2005, in American Fork. Born November 4, 1928, in Highland, Utah, to Oscar Hurst and Nida Adamson Hall. He received his education in the Alpine School District. He married Margaret Morton, February 12 1949; they later divorced. He married Pam Smith; they later divorced. Ed worked at Geneva Steel, retiring after more than 40 years. He was a member of the LDS Church. He loved outdoor sports, spending many special times out on the west desert. He enjoyed horse racing; and, for a time, owned a competing race horse. He is survived by his children: Claudia (Gordon) Holmstead, St. George; Ken (Jeanne) Hall, Tropic; Nancy (Marcel) Choppuis, Alpine; Jon (Shauna) Hall, Lehi; 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Clayton (Pat) Hall, American Fork; Betty (Harold) Hancock, Alta (Merrill) Ewell, both of Pleasant Grove; Ella Mae (Jim) Hanson, Robert Hall, American Fork; Jay (Barbara) Hall, Murray; Keith (Colleen) Hall, Lehi. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 7th, at 1 p.m., in the American Fork 5th Ward, 380 South 300 East. Friends may call at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, Tuesday, 6-8 p.m.; and, Wednesday at the church, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. prior to services. Jensen, Reggie Kelly Reggie Kelly Jensen, 31, passed away from natural causes on September 3, 2005, in Spanish Fork, Utah. He was born September 3, 1974, to Kristy Thomas and Kelly Jensen in Payson, Utah. Reggie was very kind-hearted and caring. He enjoyed computers, reading, fishing, hiking, and being with his family and friends. From the age of three, he was never without a tool in his pocket. He attended Spanish Fork schools and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his mother, Kristy, and brother, Ryan, of Spanish Fork; his father, Kelly (Linda), and siblings Kelsey and Tanner of Tracy, California; his grandparents, Ray and Joan Thomas of Spanish Fork, and Vern and Cola Mae Jensen of Payson; his four children; two nieces; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at 11 a.m., at Walker Mortuary, 187 South Main, Spanish Fork. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services.
