She was born to Wayland and Abbie Wightman Sept. 14, 1921 in Payson, Utah. Her mother died when Doramae was two years old, so she was lovingly raised by her father and step-mother Laura Wightman. She married her sweetheart Cleve Bingham on April 15, 1944. They enjoyed 57 years of marriage until Cleve passed away in 2001. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti Temple December 11, 1963. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in the Primary, Relief Society, and especially serving as a pioneer in the Cub Scout and Scouting programs with her husband for over 20 years. Doramae was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, following her sons and grandchildren in all their sports and activities. Doramae and Cleve opened their hearts and home to many, being grandparents to all the neighborhood children. She had a very generous heart and loving spirit. She had a great love of nature and enjoyed camping with her family. She taught her children this same respect of the natural world. She loved flowers and she enjoyed working for Steiner s Flowers and also gardening around her home. Doramae gathered wild flowers and made them into beautiful cards and arrangements that she shared with everyone. She is survived by her 4 sons, Lanning, Sam (Janice), Joseph (Barbara), and John (Linda); 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one brother Wallace (Alaine) Wightman. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 4 brothers and one sister. The family wishes to express our appreciation to the doctors and nurses of Provo Dialysis Center and Vista Care Hospice for their love and care of our dear mother. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 22, 2005 at 11 a.m. in the Spanish Fork 3rd Ward Chapel, 400 North 650 East, Spanish Fork. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 187 South Main, Spanish Fork on Wednesday evening 6 til 8 p.m. or Thursday at the church 1 hour prior to the services. Gleave, Barry Barry Gleave, 64, passed away September 17, 2005. He was born November 2, 1940, in Salt Lake County, Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Winfred and May Gleave. Barry graduated from Provo High School Class of 1959. He then moved to Vancouver, Washington, married; later divorced. He later met Helen Morey Gleave, and they married May 8, 1971. Barry was an avid fisherman and loved golf; he was also known for his constant humor and teasing. He is survived by his wife, Helen Gleave, of Vancouver, WA; a daughter Kellie Webb, Bountiful, UT; a daughter Shellie May Prichard, Las Vegas, NV; a daughter Rhonda Rekow, of Portland, OR; and a son Richard Gleave, of Battleground, WA; 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild; a sister Beverly Logan, Provo, UT; a brother Lynn Gleave, Provo, UT; a brother Lonnie (Cady) Gleave of Orem, UT; a brother Norman (Linda) Gleave, of Long View, WA; a brother Mike (Rosemari) Gleave of Maple Valley, WA. He was preceded in death by his parents Winfred and May Gleave; one brother Doug Gleave and a sister Wanda (Gleave) Reese. Kilbury, Thelma L. 1917 - 2005 Thelma L. Kilbury died Saturday, September 10, 2005 in Union City, CA. She was born Nov. 4, 1917 in Hinkley, Utah to Harvey Ray Loveland and Mary Louisa Mecham. She married David H. Van Ausdal Sept. 6, 1933. They had five children: James, Keith, Harold, Louise and Harvey. Divorced 1949. She married Guy Overman Sept. 1950. He adopted her youngest son Harvey. They owned Ideal Mattress & Furniture in Provo for many years. She was also a beautician and sold real esate in the Provo area. After moving to California in 1977, she married Ronald G. Anderson Jan. 15, 1978. He died July 23, 1978. She married Minard B. Mike Kilbury, Sept. 5, 1979 and they had a fairy tale romance for the next 26 years. She was preceded in death by sons Harold and James. Survived by her husband Mike, sons Keith and Harvey and daughter Louise, step-daughters Barbara and Adrienne and their families Funeral Services were Thursday, September 15 at Union City, CA. Richard Leslie McKinney, 87, died peacefully September 16, 2005 in his American Fork home, surrounded by family members who lovingly cared for him in that home over the last years of his life. Born March 17, 1918 to Rhoda Johnson McKinney and John Leslie McKinney of Cedar Valley. His family moved into the American Fork home in 1935 and he raised his own family on the same ranch after marrying Jolien Popp of Heber City on June 5, 1948. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 53 years, and his brothers, Kenneth, Jay and John, and sisters, Helen Stassi and Johnell Yurka.. He is survived by his five children: Richele (Robb) Borchert and their children, Justin and Melyssa; Diane (Ed) Kellogg and their children, Amelia, Jeff and Brad; John Leslie (Jan) McKinney and their children, Rachel, Jeremy (Karissa and sons Myles and Cy), Andrew, Daniel, James (Chelsea and daughter Olivia), Shaliese, Phillip and Deborah; Patty (DeMar) Young and their children, Jenny (Micah and children Kylee, Emily, Josh and Nathan), Matthew (Jessica and daughters Sage and Sydnee), Wendy (Christian and sons Kaleb, Austin and Tyler), Chrissy (Dennis and son Jacob); Cindy (Keith) Young and their children, Angela (and son Jordan), Lon (Chalyce), Ashley, Leslie Jo, Lance and Kyle. He played both basketball and football in high school and served in the Army Air Corps as a pilot during WWII and later as an Air Force reservist flying out of Hill Air Force Base. When flying on weekend duty, he reportedly buzzed the ranch to let Jolien know how much he missed her. He believed in working hard and tended a large garden, when not caring for the thousands of egg-laying chickens on the ranch or working for the Utah State Highway Department. He was known to deliver produce from his garden to neighbors then leave free vegetables at the end of the lane for anyone passing by. Despite his well-established reputation for generosity, most knew that if they raided his corn patch uninvited they would hear gunshots. His life was dedicated to his wife and their 5 children, 23 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. The family invites friends to join them in honoring Richard on Thursday, Sept. 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel at 500 North 700 West in American Fork, where there will be a viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m. There will also be a viewing on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork. Burial will be in the Heber City Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. with military honors. The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to friends and hospice workers for their care and concern in recent weeks, as well as over the course of his long and well-lived life. Particular thanks go to cousins who have come from far away to honor Uncle Dick, close neighbors Byron and Shauna Healey who were always there, and to Dr. Tom Rogers and his staff. Published in the Daily Herald on 9/20/2005. Robinson, Lydia Louise Skinner Lydia Louise Skinner Robinson, 96, of American Fork passed away Sunday, September 18, 2005. She was born February 23, 1909 in Joseph, Sevier County, Utah, the 8th of 15 children, to Richard Edward and Lydia Lucinda Wells Skinner. She married William Wayne Robinson on December 24, 1929 in Bountiful. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo Temple. Louise spent her early years in Sevier and Millard Counties. Her family moved to Highland where she graduated from American Fork High School. Louise had a great love for flowers and spent many hours in her garden and caring for her animals and birds well into her 90 s. She enjoyed doing handwork and spent many hours tending children for working mothers. Louise had a great love for the Gospel and held many positions during her life. She looked forward to attending the temple every Friday. She is survived by her five children: Stanley and Donna Robinson, American Fork; Janet and Bert Alexander, St. George; Shirley and Ken Russon, American Fork; Bill and Betty Robinson, Moroni; Norma and Elwyn Peck, Lehi; daughter-in-law, Jean Robinson, Salt Lake; 35 grandchildren; 131 great-grandchildren; 44 great great-grandchildren; siblings: Carl and Cathy Skinner, Mary Metcalf, and Grace and Jack Campbell all of Salt Lake. She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne; two sons: Carl and Richard Robinson. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 22, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. in the American Fork 29th Ward Chapel, 673 East 300 North, American Fork. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove and at the church on Thursday one hour prior to services.
