Lorraine was 82 years old. Lorraine was born December 29, 1921 to Charles Camel Daniels and Pauline Agnes Bugay Daniels in Mt. Harris, Colorado. She was the 6th of 9 children. Both of her parents and all of her siblings preceded her in death. Lorraine married Leonard John Deru July 26, 1953. They were married 50 years. Leonard passed away Jan 10, 2004. Lorraine loved life, she loved to cook, entertain and garden. She loved to bowl, golf and play bridge. She was an avid Bronco fan. In fact, when the Broncos went to their first Super Bowl she was photographed by the LA Times, all dressed in her orange and blue. Lorraine donated many hours to volunteer work. She volunteered at the Catholic Thrift Store in St. George, the welcoming committee at Sky Mountain and at Share and Care. She was also in charge of the Junior golf program, in Denver Colorado, for many years. Lorraine was very generous in caring for her family and friends. Lorraine, is survived by her son, Fred Bergamo, and many nieces and nephews. Fred would like to thank her neighbors at Sky Mountain for their care and support thru both Lorraine and Leonard's illnesses and deaths. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to St. George Catholic Church 259 W. 200 N. St. George UT / Thrift Store Fund. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Dec 27, 2004 at the St. George Catholic Church. Lorraine was truly one of God's special children.
