GEORGE - Gil was born in McAllen, Texas to Sylvester and Sophia Cisneros. Gil has 11 brothers and sisters. His family traveled a lot working when he was young. They finally settled in Sanger, California, where Gil met his wife of 32 years, Loni Wood. They were married for time and all eternity in the Oakland, California Temple on June 22, 1973. They are blessed with seven children, Brandi Cisneros Espitia, Matthew Cisneros, Eric Cisneros, Jamie Cisneros Blackwell, Joni Cisneros Turley, Garrett Cisneros and Jason Cisneros, also eight grandchildren and two on the way. Gil's hobbies were whatever his kids loved, he loved it too. We will all miss him more than we can say. We know we will be with him again soon, but until then, "Good Bye, Sweetheart. We love you!" Funeral services will be held Monday, December 12, 2005, 11 a.m., at the Little Valley Stake Center, 2450 S. 2000 East., St. George, Utah. Visitation will be Monday, 9:30-10:30 a.m., prior to services at the Bloomington Hill Ward Chapel. Interment will be in the Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 S. Originally published December 11, 2005 Dorothy Lorena Gebhart Dorothy Lorena Gebhart, age 90, passed away Friday, December 09, 2005 in Cedar City, Utah. She was born July 21, 1915 in Salt Lake City, Utah to James A. and Margaret Craig Gebhart. She was a very fun person to be around. She loved to go bowling, to sing, play bingo and be around her ladies. Dorothy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is survived by her best friend Mildred Hickman and many other friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Southern Utah Mortuary Chapel, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment in Paragonah City Cemetery. On December 8, 2005 Lisa went home to be with the Lord and to her grandparents, Pa-Pa and Na-Na. Survived by her husband Gary, her mother Jan and Father William; her children Trent, Jessop, Justin, Casey, Caine and Ashley; sister Sara, brother Mike (Desiree), uncle Curt, in-laws Jan and Bill Young, uncle Mike and aunt Jackie, brothers-in-law Steve and Dave, and many nephews and nieces. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park Originally published December 11, 2005 Vicky Bok Graff TOQUERVILLE - Vicky Bok Graff, age 56, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2005, at her home in Toquerville, after suffering with cancer and painful lymphedemia for four months. She was born July 23, 1949, in Salt Lake City, Utah, a daughter of Bernice Cheynoweth and Joseph Graf. After courting for one year, Vicky and James Gregory Graff were married on July 26, 1991, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Vicky was loved by many people. Animals were her friends, and she loved and cared for them in such a tender way. Vicky was very spiritually in tune, as evidenced by the way she lived her life. She loved spending time with her husband, and she cherished time alone with him. She enjoyed architecture and nice things. She loved the Egyptian. She had the blessing of being rich and being poor. She liked work, projects, and directing others. She was a collector who liked precious things. She liked to create new treasures and always found a need. We all loved her so. The eagle, the falcon, the dogs, the cats, and the porcupine will miss her. She loved to help those in need. Surviving family include her: husband, Greg, of Toquerville, UT; son, Michael (Lora) McLaughlin, of Hurricane, UT; five grandchildren, Colton, Caleb, Kimberlynn, Katie, and Kevin (She continues to love them and will be their strength from above. She found great joy in being a grandmother); sister, Deniece White, of Carpinteria, CA; father, Joseph Graf, of Belle Fourche, SD; and father and mother-in-law, Bart and Teddy Graff, of St. George. Originally published December 11, 2005 Ronda Taylor Munford Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Ronda Taylor Munford, Cedar City, at the age of 68, passed away peacefully at her home, December 8, 2005. She was born on September 26, 1937 in Lyman, Utah to Harold Berry and Vivian Venice Taylor. She married her loving husband Lyman Munford while attending the College of Southern Utah now Southern Utah University, on July 26, 1957 in the Manti Temple. Ronda was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many callings such as a Young Women's Advisor, Eleven-year old Scout Leader, in the ward Relief Society Presidency and teacher and in the Stake University Relief Society Presidency. She was a Red Cross First Aid and a C.P.R Trainer. Officer over artifacts of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Ronda was a Pink Lady for ten years at the Valley View Medical Center, and presently the Red Cross Utility Assistance Coordinator. Ronda has served for seventeen years as the Assistant Volunteer Coordinator at the Utah Shakespearean Festival. Her service started in 1989. The very first year the Randall Theater productions became a part of the Utah Shakespearean Festival. She truly was an ambassador to the people. It was a high point in her life when she would hostess at the Randall Theater and she always looked forward to the opening performance. She graduated from Delta High School, then attended Excelsior Beauty College in Slat Lake City, where she became a licensed Beautician and was her family and husband's personal barber. She was P.T.A. President of South Elementary School in Cedar City and the Regional P.T.A. Vice President. Ronda loved to cook and she was continuously trying to improve and perfect her skills where she became one of the finest cooks there was. She loved to prepare many different kinds of foods and she delighted in providing food for her family and family gatherings. It brought her great joy and happiness when someone would ask for a copy of one of her recipe's. She is survived by her husband Lyman of Cedar City, children Michael (Lauri) Munford, Mark Munford, Craig Munford, Michelle Munford Barnes, all of Cedar City, Utah, her father Harold Taylor of Delta, Utah, mother-in-law Marie Munford of Cedar City, Utah, brothers Doug (Diane) Taylor of Bountiful, Utah, Dennis (Mary Lee) Taylor of Paradise, California, David (Una Rae) Taylor of Delta, Utah, Gary (Helen) Taylor of South Jordan, Utah, sisters Phyllis (Gene) Edwards of Salina, Utah, Charlotte (Owen) Cahoon of St. George, Utah, LaRayne (Jay) Moody of West Valley, Utah, and 10 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother Venice, father-in-law Budd Munford, brother Sherril and brother-in-law Scott Skidmore. Peterson, passed away peacefully December 7, 2005, after losing his brave struggle with illness. Richard was born June 29, 1928, in Ogden, Utah. He was the second son and third child of Carl Oscar and Katherine Belle Wilson Peterson. He spent his childhood in Omaha, Nebraska, Sun Valley, Idaho and Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Ogden High School and attended Weber College. He entered the Air Force in 1950 and served in San Antonio, Texas and Chatereaux, France. Richard married Carol Scoffield on June 1, 1951, and they celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary this year. Richard was employed for 37 years as a salesman and manager for Swift and Company. He moved to St. George when he retired and took pleasure in the beautiful weather and scenery. Richard found great enjoyment in fishing, golfing and traveling with Carol in their motor home, cooking and having family barbeques. He spent many hours working on humanitarian projects which brought him a great sense of accomplishment in helping people in need. Richard was a proud and loving father of three children; David Richard (Kathy), Nancy Carol (Ron) Madsen, and Barbara Jean (Larry) Jones, and eight grandchildren; Matthew Peterson, Nicholas Peterson, Marcus Schulze, Lauren Schulze, Emily Jones, Daniel Jones, Brian Morrill, and Korri Colton. He is survived by his wife Carol, his brother Robert (Madge) Peterson, and his children and grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Primary Children's Medical Center or the Utah Food Bank.
