She was the last living member of her family of 7, with her mother and father, brothers, Eldredge, Leonidas, Warren, John, and Clarence North, and 1 sister, Marjorie (Margie) Sacks, all preceding her in death. Estelle was a strong Christian woman, a prayer warrior, and believed in the power of prayer. She was a loving, friendly, out-going person who was also strong-willed, determined and feisty. A true Southern lady who was elegant and charming, and a friend to all. She looked for opportunities to tell others about Jesus Christ, her Savior and Lord, and to share His love with them. Estelle had a beautiful singing voice, and could always be heard singing songs of praise to the Lord. She served in many capacities of her church, and was a member of the church choir, church clerk, Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School teacher and worker, and worked in other positions in the church. Estelle lived with her daughter and son-in-law in Parowan until her health declined, at which time she moved to the Iron County Rest Home in Parowan. Estelle will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all that knew and loved her. She has "gone to glory."
