She was born Oct. 24, 1921 in Springlick, Kentucky, the daughter of Paul B. and Lora M. Albro. She married George Vernon Alexander on Oct. 26, 1945 in Missouri. She served in the U.S. Army from August 1943 - Dec. 1945. Wilma and George lived in Ogden from the time they were married until 1983 when they moved to Brookport, Illinois. In later life, they moved to California to be closer to family members. While in Ogden, Wilma was a member of the Baptist Church. She served as president of the Lady Lions in the early 1960's. She also served on the library board and was instrumental in the building of the new library. Wilma was an excellent cook and enjoyed sewing, knitting, reading, and music. We will miss her greatly. She is survived by her spouse, George, Sacramento, CA; children: Tasma (Dan) Wilvers, So. Lake Tahoe, CA; Tonya (Bob) Colbert, Salem, UT; Jerene (Wayne Nippe), Las Vegas, NV; Jamalle (Art) O'Brien, Roseville, CA; and Bret (Leslie), So. Lake Tahoe, CA; sister: Margaret Baugh, Broomfield, CO. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He married Stacie Brotherson on May 16, 1987 in Ogden. Scott had been employed at Chromalox as a welder, Picture Perfect, and Comcast. Scott had also owned his own business B.C. Welding in Hooper. Coffman, Florence Yorgason Florence Esther Yorgason Coffman Florence Esther Yorgason Coffman passed away April 14, 2005 in Yuba City, California. She was born June 29, 1913, a daughter of Charles Edward and Esther Matilda Ericksen Yorgason in Ogden, Utah. She married Clifford Leighton Coffman Sept. 8, 1935 in Ogden, Utah and moved to California. Clifford died nine years ago. She is survived by three daughters and one son, Esther Coffman McAllister (Scotty); Norene Coffman Siller (George), Lorna Coffman Yatman and James Coffman (Vella), all of California. Also surviving are three brothers and one sister, Milton Yorgason of Salt Lake City, UT; Elden Yorgason and Rulon Yorgason of Ogden; Myrtle Yorgason McPhie of North Ogden; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of California and also many nieces and nephews. She was a very active member of the L.D.S. Church, having served in many capacities. Services were held in Yuba City L.D.S. Crane, Elva Jones Elva Jones Crane TREMONTON - Elva Jones Crane, 82, died April 27, 2005, at the McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. She was born January 15, 1923, in Evanston, Wyoming, the daughter of Robert William and Elva Eudora Lambert Jones. She married Arthur Don Crane on May 5, 1948 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had served in the Primary, as Young Women's President, Ward and Stake Relief Society President, a Sunday School and a Seminary teacher. She served missions in St. Paul, Minnesota; South Dakota; Papau New Guinea; Brisbane, Australia, and Tuba City, Arizona. She is survived by her husband Arthur; children, Pamela (Larry) Richardson of Brittany, LA; Cory (DeNae) Crane of Perry, UT; Wendy (Louis) Davison and Linda (Gordon) Cutler of Tremonton, UT; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Rowsell, Patricia Maudsley and Clara Borg. Kamhoot, 78, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2005. He was born October 7, 1926 in Delft, Netherlands, a son of Hendrick A. and Suzana Molinaar Kamhoot. Jan married Maria J. Schoonen in Delft, Netherlands on December 27, 1945. Maria died January 9, 1998. He moved to the Ogden area in April 1953. Jan was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jan was very proud and cherished his only son, John and adored his grandsons.He enjoyed fishing and reading. Jan is survived by his son, John (Esther) Kamhoot, Ogden; two grandsons, Johnnie L. and Troy A. (Kim) Kamhoot; 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, one brother and one sister. They are walking hand and hand with our Heavenly Father. Koning, John William John William Koning1924 - 2005 John W. Koning, 81, returned to his Heavenly Father after complications with pneumonia on April 26, 2005. John was born February 21, 1924, in Sandy City, Utah, to John Koning and Sadie Koster. He married Jeannette Jongkees on November 24, 1961, in Rosemead, California. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Laie, Hawaii, LDS Temple. At age 17, John joined the U.S. Navy and served his country during World War II on the U.S.S. Lexington and in Dunkeswell, England, with the Fleet Air Wing Seven. He later served in the Korean War. After retiring from the Navy, John worked at Hill Air Force Base as an aircraft mechanic supervisor where he later retired. John's passion was flying. He was a skilled pilot and enjoyed flying his open cockpit biplane as a crop duster and participating in air shows. He also had tremendous artistic talent and created many beautiful oil paintings. John served his community by volunteering at The Traveler's Aid Society. He also enj oyed volunteering at the Hill Aerospace Museum in Roy, Utah. With his wife Jeannette, John served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the Family History Library from 1997 to 1999. John is survived by his wife, Jeannette; two children, Nancy (Dave Dixon), John (Tiffany Koning); stepdaughter, Patti Hennessy; and nine grandchildren, Jessica and Caitlin Dixon, Jennie Ren, Annie Green, David M. Krambule, Paul Alton Paul Alton Krambule Paul Alton Krambule, a son of Leah Zemp Krambule and Rudolph Krambule, was born October 28, 1928 in Logan, Utah. He died peacefully, with family by his side, of heart failure on Tuesday, April 26, 2005 in the Salt Lake LDS Hospital. The youngest of nine Children, Paul was raised in Logan's LDS 10th Ward, an area often referred to as "Little Berlin" because of the number of Swiss German families living there. After graduating from Logan High School in 1946, he served his country in the US Army, stationed in Japan with occupational forces. Paul married Darlene Coleman in Smithfield, Utah, on August 4, 1950 and was sealed to her in the Logan LDS Temple in 1951. They raised four children, a son and three daughters. Activities during his younger years included hunting and fishing. In mid to older years he enjoyed golfing (everywhere), fishing at the cabin in Alpine, Wyoming; and skiing (started at the age of 50). Paul started working for Parson Construction Company a s mechanic in 1953. He worked his way up through the company, retiring in 1993 as Vice President and General Manager of Jack B. Parson Company. He was an active member of the Ogden Golf and Country Club, where he served on the board of directors. Paul and Darlene resided in Mesquite, Nevada, during the winter months, returning to their home in Ogden for the summer to be close to family and friends. They had also lived in Logan and Perry, Utah. Paul is survived by his wife of 54 years; a son Dar C. (Beth) Krambule, Portland, Oregon; Paula (Randall) Call, Salt Lake City; Susan (Randy) Robinett, Sandy; Kristy (Stephen) Wilvers, Desert Hills, Arizona; ten grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. He is also survived by a brother, Don A. Krambule, Ogden. Neyer, Harry Harry Neyer OGDEN - Harry Allen Neyer, age 84, passed away Monday, April 25, 2005 at Crestwood Care Center in Ogden. He was born September 22, 1920 in Muir, PA to Clyde Franklin Neyer and Ellen Rumberger Neyer. He married Alice Lucille Ritzman on June 23, 1952; she preceded him in death in 2002. Harry was a Veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Air Force from 1941 to 1946. He was a member of the American Baptist Church, where he was head of ushering, communion server and counselor to young couples. He is survived by nieces and nephews. Our dear mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Barbara Jean Panter, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2005 at her home in Syracuse. She was born June 9, 1927 in Kingsburg, CA to Vivian Ludwig and Clara Emelia Johnson, the youngest of three children. Barbara married Leonard E. Cagle on August 3, 1946. They were later divorced. She married Wesley C. Panter. He preceded her in death. Barbara was a loving, caring, giving person who worked hard all of her life to provide for her children. Her great love was working in her yard picking dandelions of her lawn and watching her flowers grow. Surviving are her three daughters, Lois (Wesley) Matheson of Spanish Fork, Doris Bearfield of Syracuse, Linda (Dan) Sellers of San Diego; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, her little doll, Aubrey. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister. Mom, we love yo u and we will miss you, but we know you are in a better place and are at peace. Sharp, Charles Herbert Charles Herbert Sharp 1929 - 2005 Charles Herbert Sharp was born August 24, 1929 in Marlinton, W.Va. and died on April 26, 2005 of cancer at his home in Salt Lake City. He married Noma Harris in the Logan LDS Temple on Feb. 9th, 1951. He served in the United States Army and Retired from the United States Air Force. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in History and a Master of Education Degree from Utah State University. Charles taught Seminary for the LDS Church for 13 years and worked at the Church Office Building as a Purchasing Coordinator for the Church Education System, where he retired. He served in numerous positions in the LDS church and most recently enjoyed working for the past 15 years as a temple worker in the Salt Lake Temple. He is survived by his wife Noma Harris Sharp, Salt Lake City; Four Children, Marta (Kenny) Heap, Star Valley, WY; Anota (Thomas) Morgan, Roosevelt, UT; Charles H. Sharp, II (Sandra), Brigham City, UT; Loyal H. She was born July 7, 1923 in Marriott, Utah to John Lawrence and Sarah Ann Tracy Slater. She married Byron H Thompson On December 16, 1942 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They enjoyed a devoted and loving relationship, working side by side for 62 years. Betty was an active member of the Warren Ward and served in various ward and stake positions. Surviving is her husband Byron and nine daughters: Karen (Kimball) Barney, June (Theo) Endrizzi, Joan (Jay) Wood, Gail (Rulon) Passey, Lois (Ron) Parry, Connie (Calvin) Keyes, Laurie (John) Sorensen, Marie (Earl) Davis, Sherri (Robert) Nelson; 41 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Blanch Gibby, Marjorie Parkinson and Venice (Leroy) Poll. Also surviving, a sister-in-law Fawn Slater; and two brothers-in-law, Delos Bingham and Steele Henrie. She was preceded in death by her son Wayne, a grandson Todd Endrizzi, her parents, and four brothers and six sisters.
