Born March 15, 1960 to William Moroni Brown and Norma Taylor of Ogden, UT. He was the youngest of five children. Bill graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1978, along with his future wife, Peggy Lyons. He served an honorable LDS mission to Tallahassee, Florida from 1979-1981. Bill and his high school sweetheart, Peggy were sealed for time and all eternity on November 10, 1981 in the Ogden LDS Temple. He was an active member of the LDS Church and was currently serving as the executive secretary of the South Weber 4th Ward. He and his family have resided in South Weber for the past fifteen years and have loved the wonderful associations with kind neighbors and friends. Bill has been employed at Fresenius Medical Care in Ogden for the past twenty years and loved his job as the molding supervisor. Dad was loved and admired for his g reat talents, quick wit, and contagious smile. He is preceded in death by his father, William M. Brown. Bill is survived in death by his loving wife, Peggy Brown and four beautiful children; Carly Lynn 20, Kara Marie 17, Reese Taylor 15, and Paige Emma, age 10. He is also survived by his mother Norma Brown of Ogden, and four siblings; Richard (Lonna) Brown of Fruit Heights, Mari (Gary) Wolthuis of North Ogden, Mark (Sheryl) Brown of Lake Forest, California and Becky (Randy) Wiser of Fruit Heights. His loving heart and genuine friendship will be missed greatly by all those who knew him. We love you Dad! Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at South Weber Stake Center, 7989 So. 2250 E., So. Weber. Chevalier, Mary Christine Mary Christine Chevalier born March 24, 1949 to Bob and Pat Thompson in Los Angeles, CA went to her Heavenly Father on February 5, 2005 after a valiant fight with cancer. She was a member of the LDS Church. Chris married Larry Forcum they were later divorced. She married David Chevalier, they were later divorced. Chris was a wonderful mom to her sons, Leon (Shala) Forcum, Jim (Sara) Chevalier and adopted daughter Shannon Chevalier and grandmother to Jessica, Tanner, Taylor, Gavin and Brandon Chevalier. Chris also leaves behind her mother, sister Cathy, and brothers Scott and Brian (Lorraine). She was preceded in death by her father, grandparents and her step-father. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, February 7, 2005 at the Ogden City Cemetery at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations may be made to the Huntsman Cancer Center. Combe, Mabel A. Mabel A. Combe, 91, loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away Saturday, February 5, 2005. She was born on March 25, 1913, the daughter of Alma and Maryann Allen in Riverdale, Utah. She married Lee J Combe, on June 18, 1930 in Ogden, Utah. Mabel was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints holding numerous callings. Mabel enjoyed gardening and working with her flowers. She also liked to crochet and sew. Survivors include: four sons Ray, Jim (Jeanne), Paul (Gayla), Scott (Shari), two daughters Allene, Beth (Dennis), two sisters, Edna, Lena (Keith), 20 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, one sister and her spouse. The family wishes to thank the Country Niche adult daycare and her CNA Kayla. McCafferty, 75 passed away Friday, February 4, 2005 at home surrounded by her family and friends. Jerrie was born June 25, 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Arnold R. and Lois V. Terry. She graduated from West High School in SLC. She married David R. McCafferty August 12, 1950 in SLC. Jerrie was a housewife and a very loving and caring wife, mother & grandmother. She enjoyed spending time at their second home in Manila, Utah and fishing at Flaming Gorge. She dedicated many hours of volunteer work at LDS Hospital in SLC, McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden and Davis North Hospital in Layton. She is survived by her husband of West Point, Utah; 3 children: Arnold S. (Nancy) McCafferty of Overton, Nevada; Terry R. (Marla) McCafferty of Clinton, and Mitzi (Paul) Larsen of West Point; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Also, a very special friend Linda Imboden of S. Ogden who spent countless hours caring for her and a very special CNA Verlynn Miller of Roy. She was preceded in death by her parents Arnold and Lois Terry of SLC; brother, Jack R. Terry of SLC; her twin sons and a great grandson. Peterson, Jason MOUNTAIN GREEN - Jason Brad Peterson passed away Friday, February 4, 2005, at McKay Dee Hospital Center, surrounded by his close family members. He was born June 28, 1984 in Ogden, Utah, a son of Brad Dennis Peterson and Laurie Ann Gunderson Peterson. Jason will be remembered by all who knew him as a sweet, gentle young man who was willing to always help anyone. He truly had a heart of gold. He was particularly close to his little sister, Brittney. He loved to tease her and make her laugh. He was the best big brother anyone could have. Jason grew up in Riverdale, Utah, graduating from Bonneville High School in 2002. He worked with his dad for the family business, Ace Fab & Welding. Jason liked outdoor sports and activities, snowboarding, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, boating, golfing and hunting with his cousin, Ladd. He spent two summers in Alaska fishing. He also loved spending time at the family cabin in the Uintas. He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Nico le (Chad) Spendlove of Clinton, UT; Brittney Peterson, Mountain Green, UT; and a very caring brother-in-law, Chad Spendlove. He is also survived by his grandparents, Dennis W. and Beth Peterson, South Ogden UT; Bruce (Sheryl) Gunderson, Sunset, UT; Doris (Gordon) Linford, Sunset, UT; and many wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents. "Jason, Bud, Bubba, you are so deeply loved, and we will miss you everyday for the rest of our lives. Raleigh, Georgia RIVERDALE - Georgia Raleigh, 84, passed away Friday, February 4, 2005, at McKay Dee Hospital. She was born October 9, 1920 in Nephi, Utah, to William Henry Harris and Edna Pendleberry Sperry. On September 26, 1942, Georgia married Harold Earl Raleigh in Salt Lake City. They were later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She graduated from Ogden High. Georgia and Harold spent 30 years in the Air Force, moving around the world: Roy, Utah; Okinawa, Japan; Merced, California; Riverside, California; Taiwan; Falls Church, Virginia; Monterey, California; Ogden, Utah; and Riverdale, Utah. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she held many callings; Relief Society President, Primary President, counselor positions, Homemaking Leader and numerous other positions. Georgia was a member of the Officer's Wives Club and an art instructor. She loved art, gardening, home decorating and cooking. Georgia was an elegant lady. She was a spor ts enthusiast and an avid reader. Georgia was a woman of grace. It was everything she did; it resonated in her works, resounded in her attitude, and followed throughout her life. She was a stalwart woman; she did not complain, she did not indulge, she did not take in excess, she was wise. She knew how to handle change with grace. She was a great source of strength to her family and those who knew her. She loved The Lord and The Gospel and her life was an example of charity and good works. She is survived by her husband, Harold; three sons, William Earl (Becky), Riverside, California; Marc H. (Carol), Roy, Utah; Jack David (Tena), St. George; two daughters, Jill Violet (Arlo) Kunzler, Ogden; Christine Georgia (Jonathan) Pace, Mt. Green; 22 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Marjorie Burton, Boise, Idaho; Donna Hyer, Riverdale, Utah. Georgia was preceded in death by a sister, Lucille Coleman and a brother, Milton Harris.
