And with this speedy entry my life began. I shared this existence with two brothers: Doug and Jay. Then God blessed me with three sons: Ken, David, and Fred, who in turn made me a proud grandma (gammie) to four beautiful grandsons: Christoffer, Bradley, Cody, and Dustin. My brother Jay and his wife Kari made me an aunt to Courtney and Brian, who now have made me an auntie to little I.J., Caleb, and Shannyn. Not of my blood, but of my heart and mind, I have a beautiful granddaughter Megan. Last, but not least, I have a wonderful husband Ray Adams and his four children, fourteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. How fortunate I am, but on June 17, 2005, I am starting out on another great new journey. I will be joining my mom, dad, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and my very special grandma Pearl Davis. This journey will be one of great joy. Please throw a bon voyage party and celebrate for me. Wish me well and know that I love you all. Special thanks and love to all the Odyssey Hospice angels. Following cremation the bon voyage party, at Sheryls request, will be held at Myers Mortuary Chapel at 250 N. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah on Saturday, June 25, 2005 at 10 a.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.myers-mortuary.com. Published in the Standard-Examiner on 6/22/2005.
