Ray died on Saturday, April 30, 2005 at Davis Hospital. He was born October 26, 1924 in Spring City, Utah to Carl C. and Sena Jensen Christensen. He married Lucille Armstrong on December 23, 1944 in Ogden, they were married for 60 years. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. He was active in the Summerfield Ward in Layton. Ray was an avid and accomplished outdoorsman. He traveled the world as a civilian employee of Hill Air Force Base, and later as an employee of Lockheed. He retired in 1982 from HAFB after 35 years of service. Ray always considered his greatest accomplishments in life his family. He was most happy with his children, grandchildren and great-great grandchildren around him. Surviving are his wife, Lucille; children, David (Linda) Christensen, Ogden; Linda (Robert) Arms trong, Ogden; Carl (Cary) Christensen, Layton; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Larry Christensen of SLC. He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers and seven sisters. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Layton, Utah Stake Center, 60 W. Clark, Michael Gene Michael Gene Clark BRIGHAM CITY - Michael Gene Clark, 28, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2005. He was born on April 12, 1977 in West Valley City, Utah, to Ralph A. and Dee Ann Mitton Clark. Michael attended Orchard Elementary in West Valley. He and his family moved to Brigham City, where he attended school and graduated from Box Elder High School and Bridgerland Technology College. He worked at Leo's Auto in Brigham City as an auto technician, with his good friends, Leo, Brent & the Noorda Brothers. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His interests included the outdoors, snowmobiling, sand rails, his motorcycle and computer and was in the process of building his own airplane. He is survived by his parents, his sister Emily (Dean) Nelson, and niece, Alexandria whom he loved dearly, Grandparents Dee and Evadeane Mitton. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sheila Ann Clark Crisp, brothers, David Allen and Gary Dee Clark, Grandparents, Gene and Mi ldred Clark. Danielian, Daniel Daniel DanielianWASHINGTON TERRACE - Loving husband, father and grandfather, Daniel Danielian, 78, quietly passed away, Friday, April 29, 2005, with family present. Dan was born December 9, 1926, in Haverhill, MA, the son of Dick Danielian and Rosaria Jacques. He married Elene Clark on November 10, 1962, in Oxnard, CA. Their marriage was solemnized in the Hawaiian Temple in 1963. Elene passed away in 1982. Dan was a U.S. Navy Seabee for 30 years serving in WWII, Korea and Vietnam traveling all over the world. He especially enjoyed being stationed in Hawaii. He later worked for the government for 21 years. He was a member of V.F.W. , Fleet Reserves and AARP. He was an avid bowler for many years and enjoyed watching sports of all kinds. Dan married Verlene Anderson in Ogden, Utah on October 10, 1986. He is survived by his wife, Verlene, a son, Richard (Michele) Danielian, a daughter, Danene (Howard) Stonerock, five grandchildren, two stepsons, two stepdaughters, four step-grand children, a brother and a sister. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elene, a daughter, Lynn, his parents, four brothers and one sister. Lasley, Steven David Steven David Lasley Steven David Lasley, 23, completed his earthly mission April 28, 2005 in Indian Springs, Nevada as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born October 27, 1981 to Janet Angie Francom and David Martin Lasley, Steven was a beloved son, brother, favorite uncle and friend. Steven was raised by his parents in the Tremonton Valley and was influenced by his association with many friends, parents of friends, coaches, church leaders and family. He was an Eagle Scout and LDS Seminary graduate. He was proud to be part of the graduating class of 2000 at Bear River High School, where he excelled in football, basketball, and track. He earned a State 3A Championship in Track. Steven served an LDS mission to Rosario, Argentina. He served in the mission office as the financial secretary and over the course of his mission made life long friends of missionaries and converts alike. His education and work experience varied widely after his mission. He attended colle ge and worked at several occupations as he sought out the path that his life was to take. Along with his ever-changing plans, there were several constants in his life. Among them were his faithfulness to the Gospel, his devotion to his family and friends and the warm smile and sense of humor that endeared him to all. He is survived by his parents; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jessica and Derek Kopp, Shayna and Nick Wilson; two nieces, Abigail and Sydney Kopp and grandparents, Gordon and JoAnn Lasley. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Wayne and Angie Francom. She was born on July 3, 1919 in Brigham City, Utah the daughter of Edwin and Annie Hansen Rock. She married Charles L. Norr on March 28, 1936 in the Logan LDS Temple. Charles died on December 30, 1998. Nola was reared and educated in Deweyville and Howell. She was a member of the Deweyville LDS Ward. She has served as Primary President, Secretary in the Young Women & Sunday School, a Visiting Teacher and Supervisor. She is survived by her children - D.R. (Cora Lee) Norr of Tremonton, Connie (Gary) Christensen of Bothwell, Clyde (Ruby) Holt of League City, TX, and Colleen Norr of Riverside; sisters - LaPreal Collins of Brigham City, Unita Jensen of Brigham City and Winona (Gerold) Ballard of Tremonton; 15 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren. Wood Van Wagoner"WE LOVE YOU" Mary Gertrude Wood Van Wagoner, 79, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, died after a lingering illness on April 27, 2005 at her home in Holladay, with loving family members by her side. Mom was born on February 5, 1926 in Layton Utah, the daughter of Clifford U. Wood and Gertrude Willey Wood. She grew up in Layton, graduating from Davis High School in 1944. Mom served an LDS mission in Texas. It was there that Mom met her eternal companion, Robert Van Wagoner, whom she married on August 11, 1947 in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. During her life Mom held several Church positions. Mother devoted her life to her family, being a wife, mother and homemaker. Spending time with her grandchildren, working in her rose garden and canning brought Mom great pleasure. She is survived by daughters LeAnn Woldruff (Chris), Suzanne Everette and Robyn Van Wagoner; grandchildren Sean Richardson, Mikel Richardson (Erica), Julia "Mae" Miller (Jonathan) and Hillary Raleigh; great-grandchildren Madeline, River, Jaiden, Sarah, Dylan, and Khalil; sisters Amy Jean Sanders, and Vonda Yarbrough; brothers Lynn Wood, Calvin Wood and Brent Wood; and many nieces and nephews. Glen Williams, age 81, passed away Saturday April 30, 2005, of pneumonia and Alzheimer's disease in Bountiful, UT. He was born July 31, 1923 in Salt Lake City, UT to Gerald and Ruth Williams. He was the youngest of three children. On June 29, 1946, he married Mary Tucker. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. After 57 years together, Mary preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brother Quentin and sister Merle. Glen served in World War II where he was stationed in New Guinea and the Philippine Islands. Following the war, he went to work at the Deseret News Press. He retired in 1988 after 43 years. He loved the outdoors and was a master bow hunter. Twice he had the opportunity to hunt big game in Alaska. He was a lifetime member of Pope and Young, a club for archers which allowed only 100 members worldwide at the time. Glen spent his life taking care of others, especially his family. He was kind, generous, and always there to lend a helping hand. He is survived by his daughters: Kay and Sally; five grandchildren: Misty, Rob, Stephanie (Tim), Ryan (Caya), and Aaron (Amberlie); and five great-grandchildren: Taylor, Nic, Michael, Zac, and Tava.
