In 1767, Nathaniel Howard and his wife Mary sold his 75 acres of Nathaniel 
Howard Part to John Howard; six years later he and his wife Mary sold 60 acres 
to Joseph Blake.  In 1782 he left to his wife Sophia, and two years later, as 
Sophia Warner, she left to her husband Isaac ...
