To son Nathaniel 75 a. where I now live.  To son Solomon Howard 50 A. adj. 
William Mason & John Custis.  To  son Daniel Howard 50 A. adj. John Custis & 
Mathias Gale.  Son in law John Ross.  To wife Mary the use of personal estate 
during her widowhood then to be divided between my 3 children Patience, Elias 
& Ambross Howard - Wife & son Nathaniel Exrs.  Witt:  John Watson, Moses 
Hinman, Ezekiel Ross.
In order of probate:  Daniel Howard son & heir at law to the testator.
