This Indenture made this Twelth day of September in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and ninety Three Between Benjamin Thacker and Martha his wife of the County of Albemarle of the one Part, and Nathaniel Thacker of the same County in the other part Witnesseth that the said Benjamin in Consideration of the sum of forty Pounds current money of Virginia to him in hand hath Given Granted bargained and sold to the said Nathaniel one Certain Parcel of land Containing by estamation one hundred acres more or less lying in the County aforesaid and bounded as follows to wit Begining at a chesnut oak in the said Benjamin's line thence on the same N 43° E 155 po. to a path thence along the said path 18 po.
