Rivanna river and on the branches of Buck island creek (and on Henderson's creek
and McGehees road, a new road and old court house road) by A. S. Bryan, joining
John Henderson senr, new lines, Reynolds, Thos. Priddy.
-Charles Lilburn Lewis, 312 ac., November 12, 1776, on the South side the
Rivanna river on the branches of Buck island Creek (and on a new road, Perry's
creek, and old court house road) by A. S. Bryan, joining his own line, Valentine

Henry Martin's plat for (blurred) of this land, but by mistake there was
included (blurred) of this land, but by mistake there was included (blurred) Jno
Hopkin's land, the cause of its being surveyed."
-Thomas Baber junr, 400 ac, March 12, 1777, on the North side the Rivanna River
and on the branches of Ballengers creek, by A. S. Bryan, joining his own lines,

-Henry Nash, 400 ac, March 28, 1777, on both sides Kent's branch, by A. S.
Bryan, joining new lines, Glasby, Holland, Henry Nash, Peter Ross, Hezikiah
(apparently this is a surname.)
-David Bibee, 400 ac, April 16, 1777, on the North side the Rivanna river and
the branches of Ballenger's creek, by A. S. Bryan, joining new lines, John
Robinson, Henderson, new lines, Jno Strange.
