Surnames: WALTON, WHITE, NICHOLAS To All Christian people To whome this present writing Shall come Greeting. know ye that I Richmond Walton of Albemarle County & parish of Fredericksville, plantor, for divers good causes & considerations moving me hereunto, but more especially for the natural love & Affection I have & do bear to my beloved Children Isom Walton, Elizabeth Thomson Walton, Mary Carlton Walton, Francis Hart Walton, Edward Byerus Walton, Edmond Pendleton Walton, Dyce Boalis Walton, Richmond Terril Walton, John Thomson Walton. I give & bequeath unto the above said Beloved Children, and by these presents do freely grant unto the said Children all my Lands, Goods & Chattels, I now have, or hereafter shall have to be equally divided amongst them, or their heirs lawfully begotton of their bodies forever.
