I have a copy of this form from the Libaray of Virginia This is a Pension Application for a Widow of a Confederate Soldier I have four pages but only entered what I am sure of and noted. I have read medical notes for over thirty years as a nurse and some of the writing is definitely unreadable. I know he was also injured in the Civil War from ohter infromation that he entered the Civil War on Marc 29 1862 He was wounded two times in teh Civil War 31 May 1862 abd 22 April 1863 He was also a POW as of 15 March 1864. He was paroled from the North on 18 Feb 1865 and Hospitalized on 27 Feb 1865 at Camp Lee. This info is from ancestry.com from a database of Civil War information It seems they were seperated and he died in Greene County and buried there and seperated from his wife who eventually was buried in Albemarle Countuy at the Chesnut Grove cemetary in Earlysville, Va.
