Frazier Hallie Louise Frazier, 52, of Keswick, died Thursday, April 26, 2001, at a local hospital. She was born Nov. 24, 1948, in Charlottesville, daughter of the late Boyd Robertson and Ethel Baber. Surviving are her children, Joanne Brown and her husband, David, of Albemarle County, Rocky Lane Frazier of Buckingham, and Rex Allen and Rowdy Coe Dabney, both of Keswick; brothers and sisters, Diane Lamb of Charlottesville, Bonnie Frazier and her husband, Charles, of Earlysville, Thomas Baber and his wife, April, of Bybee, Cathy Davis of Charlottesville, Douglas Baber and his wife, Judy, of Kents Store, Leslie Baber of Palmyra, Richard Baber and his wife, Carol, of Ruckersville, and Theresa Baber of Barboursville; two grandchildren; and a companion, Douglas Eugene Dabney. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Dr. Gordon Morris and Dr. Daniel Sawyer. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday at the Hill & Wood Funeral Home Chapel, with the Reverend Ray Stark officiating. Interment will follow at Monticello Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home.
