Imprimis Item I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Goodridge my plantation I now live on and my negroes named Guy, Dines, Criss, Fanney, Meshick, Lucy, Shadrick, Rachel, Abraham, _____, Daniel, Tammy, Dines and it is my desire, that my wife Elizabeth shall have all my stock of every kind all my household furniture and plantation tools it is my desire that my beloved wife posses all the above mentioned articles during the natural life or widowhood and is my desire that my son John shall have my plantation and hands at the death of my wife and all the property above mentioned beside my land to be equally divided among my children according as my desire that my son John posses fourth part of my estate after the death of my wife my said son John to him and the heirs lawfully begotten of his body forever. Item likewise my son William to have a fourth part to him and his heirs lawfully begotten forever. Item It is my desire that my daughter Elizabeth Watts have one fourth part to her and the heirs lawfully begotten of her body forever. Item and likewise my daughter Nancy McCoy have a fourth part to her and her heirs lawfully begotten by her body forever. Item It is my desire that my grand daughter Matilda Fleet Hinton Goodridge have one negroe boy by the name of Abenago and if she should die before she has a lawful heir, the said negro to be divided between my four children above mentioned. I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Elizabeth Goodridge and my son John Goodridge and my son William Goodridge my executors to this my last will and testament and no other declosing this my last Will and Testment and no other revoking all others by me herefore made declaring this and no other to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this fourth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and two. And on the motion of John Goodridge one of the Executors therein named certicate is granted him for obtaining a probate in due form of law on his giving Bond and security according to law whereupon he qualified and gives Bond and Security accordingly.
