The other half shall be my son John P. Humphrey'. It is my desire that the whole interest of my son David Humphrey allotted him in my estate be paid over to my son John Humphrey and that he shall have the exclusive benefit of the same until my son David comes for it free of any charge for the same and should my son David Humphrey never come for it is my wish that my son John P Humphrey shall have the whole of my son's (David Humphrey's) portion of my estate.
