T. Jameson ten dollars 3rd I give to my grandson Waller C. Jameson ten dollars 4th I give to Rebeckah Jameson (wife of Samuel Jameson) my red yarn counterpane 5th I give to my son Samuel Jameson the one sixth part of the remainder of my estate 6th I give to my daughter Hannah Maupin the one sixth of my estate 7th I give to my daughter Catherine Mills the one sixth part of my estate 8th I give to my daughter Mary Burkhead (formerly Mary Jameson) the one (?) part of my estate 9th I give to the children and heirs of William & Jane Maupin (formerly Jane Jameson) the one sixth part of my estate 10th I give to the children & heirs of Wiley & Elizabeth Harris (formerly Elizabeth Jameson) namely Samuel J. Harris, William Harris, Robert Harris Sedna Garrison (formerly Sedna Harris) Amanda Smith (formerly Amanda Harris) and Elizabeth Smith (formerly Elizabeth Harris) the remaining one sixth of my estate give to the above to these and their heirs forever and Lastly - I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Samuel Jameson executor of this my last will & testament hereby revoking all others or former wills or testaments the heretofore made. In witness whereof I have herewit Set my hand & affixed by seal this 11th day of June 1840 her Margaret X Jameson mark Signed sealed and delivered by Margaret Jameson as this for her last will & testament in the presence fo us who at her request & in her presence have subscribed our names as witnesses.
