I Martin Mooney of Albemarle County do make this my last will and Testament ~ 
First I give to my Grand daughter Elizabeth Mooney one bed & _________, second
after paying my just debts I give unto my son John Mooney all my property of
every kind also all debts, that are due me
I consider that I have given unto my son Thornton Mooney my daughter Sarah Larue
and my son Robertson Mooney and my daughter Maria Cox their full proportions of
my Estate  therefore it is my will they shall have no more of it ~   Given under
my hand and seal this  --th day of September 1835
It is my will that my son John Mooney shall act as my Executor
