The legatees are 6 in number, vis, Lewis.1 Thacker Ruth.2 Humphrey, Ellis.3 Thacker, Dilla.4 Thacker, Holman Thacker.5, Sarah.6 Trent, All which is Respectfully Submitted by N.H. Massie Comm'r Comm'rs fee $2.00 The balance due Lewis & Holman Thacker have been since paid by me ~ Comm'r : Sept, 1852 The balance due Dilla Thacker & Ellis Thacker have also been paid Oct 4.th 1852 Comm'r, I have since also paid the share of Ruth Humphrey, & hold receipts for all these payments ~ Com'r The share of M.rs Sarah Trent has also been paid so that the whole fund has now been dispersed and I hold receipts in full from all ___ N.H.
