The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net *********************************************************************** Will Book 6 pg 310 Albemarle County, VA I Chapman WHITE of Albemarle County and State of Virginia being sick and weak of body though of disposing mind and memory do constitute and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows. __ 1st my will and desires is that all my just and lawful debts should be paid by my exortrix and executors herein after named out of any part of my estate they may think best. ___ 2nd I give to my wife Milly WHITE all my whole estate after paying all my just debts both real and personal to do with as she thinks best in every respect for her and the rest of my family to sell and buy and manage in all respects as though I was alive during her life or widowhood and in case of her death or marriage my desire is that all my estate both real and personal should be alid off in equal lots or sold to the highest bidder and the money equally divided amoungst my children. Namely Garland C WHITE, Susanna WHITE, Milly WHITE, Lucy WHITE, Peggy WHITE, Chapman M. WHITE, and Sarah WHITE to them and their heirs forever 3rd and lastly I constitute and appoint my wife Milly WHITE my executrix and my two sons Garland C.
