I want all my just debts and funeral expences paid out of the proceeds of the sale of the perishable part of my estate, Item 2nd. I give to my beloved wife Sally Clements all my estate in fee simple after paying my just debts and funeral expenses except my land which I lend her during her natural life_ Item 3rd. I lend my ......... son Stephen Clements Five acres of land during his and his wifes natural life and at their deaths to return to my son Anderson B. Clements son Benjamin and my son Lewis H. Clement's daughter Mary Elizabeth Clements Item 4th. I give to my daughter Martha Suddarth five dollars_ Item 5th. After the death of my wife Sally Clements, I lend my son Anderson B. Clements, Fifty acres of land during his natural life and at his death, I give the said fifty acres of land to his son Benjamin Clements, and his heirs forever and if my son Anderson B. Clements should die before his son Benjamin Clements arrives to the age of twenty one Years of age I want the said fifty acres of land rented out and the proceeds to be applied to schooling of said Benjamin Clements, after the death of my wife Sally Clements_ Item 6th_ After the death of my wife Sally Clements I lend my son Lewis H. Clements, fifty acres of land during his natural life and his wife Martha Clements life and at their death, I give the said fifty acres of land to their daughter Mary Elizabeth Clements and her heirs forever_ I appoint my friend Fleming B.
