Will of John Cornelius Smith (Abstract)

Wife Violet Elizabeth Smith all property both real and personal.  Should she
predecease, to go as follows:
     My wife's great grandson Ron C. Smith $500.00
     To Albert Luther Webb a certain antique Philco radio
     All personal property, household furniture, fixtures, tools, dishes,
pictures, picture frames, and photograph albums to Barbara Jean Webb Williams,
Winefred Lynwood Webb, Peathn Woodrow Webb, and Albert Luther Webb equally
share.  (Also to them)  all funds ontained in my bank accounts, including
Christmas Club and savings account.
     All real estate to Barbara June Webb Williams, Winefred Lynwood Webb,
Peathon Woodrow Webb, Albert Luther Webb, Billy Smith, John C. Smith, Jr,
Evirette C. Smith, Garland Gene Smith equally.
     Remainder of property.  Wife Executrx if she not living or not qualify
then Edward "Billy" Smith Exor.
Made 25 Feb 1983, probated 30 Jan 1984.  Address:  506 Rockbridge St,
Covington, VA.  he died 24 Nov 1983.
