Will of Henry Smith (Abstract)

     Body to be buried at or near the Grove Church.
     Exors to pay $50.00 to aid in enclosing a graveyard at said Church.
     Wife Janet- plantation on Mill Creek at its mouth for natural life.  At
wife's death, Andrew Williamson and Jane his wife to hold and use all my lands
(except 33 Acres on Red Hill) After their deaths to my nephew David Williamson
upon his paying his 5 sisters $100 each.
     To Wm. Richie, survey of 33 Acres on Red Hill.
          Wife:  slaves Mary, Sally, Tarner, John and Sandy, all others hired
out etc....
