May 24, 1753

Between Nathaniel Ford of County of Cumberland & Southern Parish of one part
and Jonas Jordan of Amelia County of Nottoway Parish of second part.  In
consideration of 84 pounds, a tract of 200 acres in Amelia County on both
sides of Sandy Creek and bounded as follows: Beginning at a corner white oak
in William Legons line, thence along his line to a Corner poplar, East to a
Corner lightwood Nolt  in Ford's line, along his line to corner White Oak,
South to a Corner white oak standing in Saml Chapmans line, along his line
to a corner lightwood Nott, Thence to a corner Red Oak standing near the
creek in the north side from thence by a line of Marked trees to Beginning.

Ford, both of the county of Dinwiddie.  For natural love & affection a 200
Acre tract in Amelia, part of a tract of land containing 342 acres granted
to said William Ford by Patent & bounded as follows:  Beginning at Frederick
Fords Corner in Bolings line thence along her line Southwest to a great
branch of Little Celler, up said branch to Spring Branch, up said Spring
Branch to the first fork, thence along a line of ...trees to a faced corner
in a Pine stash then North 25 deg west 51 poles to a Corner, then Northeast
141 Poles to Fredericks Fords Corner, thence along his line Northwest 134
Poles to the Beginning.

Reverend John Ornsby of Amelia and Frederick Ford of said county for 24
pounds a tract of land 63 Acres in county of Amelia containing 1702 acres
that lyth in the county of Amelia which said Tract part in Prince George
County, now Dinwiddie and part in Amelia was granted  by patent to said John
Ownsby.
